This two bedroom/two bath unit with kitchen, and screened porch is just a short walk, along a shady path, to the beach on beautiful Amelia Island, Florida. The community offers two tennis courts, a swimming pool, and numerous barbeque areas and bike racks and is located just 35 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
Tranquility is located on the third (top) floor and offers a quiet stay with a beautiful natural view. Please note: there is no elevator. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach condo, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately impressed by the comfort and cleanliness. The condo comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach getaway. From beach towels to beach gear perfect for relaxing in the sun and sand. The condo's pool is an inviting clean, spacious, and refreshing, the pool area provides a serene spot to soak up the sun or take a dip.In short, this condo is a hidden gem. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-equipped place to stay for your next beach vacation, look no further. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this condo offers the ideal mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal tranquility.

The place is very clean, and it was so nice having the sheets, towels, soap, etc. all included. Even a few K cups were waiting for us! The beach chairs and beach towels were an added bonus. It's about a mile walk to the beach...not bad if you're not lugging a lot of things. However, there's lots of parking on the beach with a 4x4 or at a public lot nearby.

Perfect Place Perfect Location
A lovely condo in a beautiful location. Loved ease of access to so many lovely activities. Enjoyed walking to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Condo is very comfortable and welcoming and was so well appointed including a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach and pool gear.

Tranquility
My wife and I enjoyed the peace and quiet time we spent relaxing on the screened in deck each afternoon after a day at the beach. Having bike trails directly across the street from the condo was nice for those early morning rides. We managed to take in a few of the restaurants within walking distance of the condo and found them to serve up quality food in a welcoming environment. Condo was as described on VRBO listing. We will do it again.

Tranquility is right!
The Amelia Landings complex has lots of good options for a quick beach getaway, and this one is no exception. The space was clean but homey, with comfortable furniture and amenities. This unit is on the top floor, and the screened porch looks into lush treetops. We saw a hawk land right outside the screen! The walk to the beach from Amelia Landings is easy and interesting--a path through the woods instead of street sidewalks. We also enjoy sitting by the pond and walking to DeNucci's ice cream shop every afternoon. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others!

Lovely spot!
The condo was spotless and well appointed with everything that you need! We enjoyed the hidden trail to the beach and the close proximity of restaurants and grocery stores! We had a wonderful time and would certainly rent this unit again!!
