On top of a hill, residential area (villas), 3.9 km from the sea, 550 m from the lake. Private: garden, swimming pool angular, heated (4 x 12 m, depth 73 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra). Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room. Room cleaning daily (included). Parking at the house. The house met our expectations. Only individual beds had mattresses that were too small, so that there was space between the frame and the mattress, which was not so pleasant. The owner is aware of this, but she does not act, we were told when we asked. O
