房間不錯，服務態度很好，前一天我摔了一跤，胳膊，膝蓋肩膀都擦破了，酒店方熱心為我消毒，包紮，非常感謝。

In the bathroom the dustbin lid not working and not attached and most importantly Siphon Flush doesn’t working ; disgusting.Breakfast standard. Street noise all night long.Wifi is magic ; one for the reception and one for the room , funny ; not practical.Mattress and pillows ; stones are better. They took your luggage at the reception and write your room number “with a chalk” on it , if you do not want to be chalked put a paper on your luggage so that they could write your room number

This hotel was great. It's the only Tghat in the city of Fes. The service was great, from beginning to end. It was unfortunately raining when I went to Morocco so didn't get the best experience outside of the hotel so that being said the hotel staff was some of the best I ever had traveling. When I had to change rooms they had no problem giving me a better room. The rooms was super huge and they made me feel like a King and welcomed to their beautiful country. I am for sure going back to Morocco and I want to say thank you BADER THE MANAGER ,and the staff at breakfast and the rest of the staff that help me at my stay.

était sympa, assez feutré dans les couloirs et chambres, un jolie cadre et une situation géographique plutôt bien aussi au centre du ville. Le personnel était très pro et serviables. Les ressources de cet Hotel sont à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles

Even ons star is not fair, very cold service, dirty room, TV is old and doesn't work, no water to drink and dirty towels. Reception didn't care about your stay. I will never come back. Very disappointing hotel, if you are coming to Fez please do yourself and do not book it.

A éviter, hôtel à rénover complètement .Pas de wifi car la facture n’a pas été réglée ! Nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre pour avoir une climatisation qui fonctionne. Beaucoup de négligences : ampoule à changer, abat jour cassé, piles manquantes dans la télécommande, frigos pleins d’eau, ménage mal fait. Le dîner était correct mais le petit déjeuner servi à table n’est pas frais . Cet hôtel mérite une étoile pas plus .

Hotel con muchas deficiencias, tales como, ducha que no funciona bien, apenas sale agua y cuando sale está tibia, la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación no funciona, y el trato del personal no fue nada profesional. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Only positive things to say is that room was spacious, and nice Hassan II avenue was close enough for evening walk. About breakfast and dinner nothing good to say. We were there with tour group, so there was no much choice when ramadan. Where these 4 stars come from??

C'est vraiment un hôtel merveilleux et magnifique. Je l'ai réservé pour une semaine. Tout est bon et neuf. Le service est merveilleux. La cuisine est très excellente et les chambres sont grandes et merveilleuses. Le plus important est qu'il y ait un directeur dans cet hôtel. Je n'ai jamais rien vu de pareil de ma vie. C'est une personne très serviable. Merci beaucoup, M. Badr.
