The accomodation was lovely with beautiful views.It had everything needed for a young family Would definately return.

My family and I have been visiting the Bay at least once a year for the last 5 years. Generally we like to stay in a superior cottage but this time we stayed in a comfort cottage due to peak holiday time and costs. It was a lovely spacious house (2 big bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet downstairs, large open plan kitchen/living room and outdoor area)- we stayed in 3 sunrise drive. My young boys love being able to visit the pool and activities daily, I use the gym and we appreciate the pub/restaurant on site. We visit Scarborough, Filey town and local animal parks etc if the weather isn’t great, all great and very close. Of course our favourite part of the site is the easy access to the beach, which is amazing and no matter the time of year.. never feels crowded. The site always seems so clean and staff are helpful. I have recommended the bay to so many family and friends who have visited now and also love it. Can’t wait to return, my 5 year old has had the best time again and said he enjoyed it more than our recent holiday to Greece. It is so relaxing and has all the comforts you need.

We stayed in an indulgent meadow lodge grande got a lovely surprise on how big and how clean it was even the draws and wardrobes were very clean a big thank you to Chrissy and Danielle for doing a great job. Only let down would be it could have done some more kitchen equipment . Beds and pillows were comfy and the showers were brilliant . Will definitely be back.

A lovely holiday resort with a range of houses and beach chalets all tastefully laid out. We booked fairly late so obviously our choice was limited. The house we booked needed a little tlc to bring it up to 5 stars. The stairs carpet was very worn and the outdoor furniture needed either oiling or varnishing. The outside stair rail was a bit wobbly. Inside the house was well equipped. Some of the tv remotes were not working and I was not prepared to purchase batteries myself. Otherwise we had a very nice holiday. The beach is in walking distance. The pub is expensive for drinks but we sat outside on a couple of occasions and had a drink. Overall a good place to holiday with children.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here We met the place clean (done by cleaning holiday heros) and extra supplies given to us. Got a cute card from Lauren and Kym. We would have loved to be able to connect our devices to the TV and probably more towels In all it is a beautiful place to relax

Filey bay fish bar facing beach. Please if you have disability child..I advice please don't go there to eat. New owner was absolutely disgraceful. I have son medical condition and he discriminated against my son If you visit filey please dont go and eat fish chips from there.
