Filitheyo Island Resort

Our stay at Filitheyo Island was absolutely gorgeous! The island and its house reef are simply breathtaking, with stunning coral formations and an incredible variety of fish. Our villa was perfect—just a few steps from the reef, making it easy to explore the underwater beauty. The food was incredible—delicious and diverse, with a different cuisine to enjoy every night. The bar was fantastic, and the staff truly made our stay unique. A special thanks to Rabiul and Raj at the bar, who were always kind, friendly, and had the best attitude. The only issue we encountered was during checkout. We had planned for a late checkout to have lunch at the main restaurant and enjoy a few last drinks at the bar, but our departure time was suddenly changed without prior notice. We only found out because we happened to ask at reception. As a result, we left the resort earlier than expected, only to wait nearly an hour on the boat near the airport, which didn’t make much sense to us. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Il posto è veramente molto bello, l'atollo è piuttosto isolato, ha solo questo resort. Inoltre il Filitheyo è circondato dalla barriera corallina, ma organizza anche molte escursioni per snorkeling e avvistamento altri animali acquatici. Ogni tanto peccano un po' di organizzazione, ma sicuramente questo non ha inficiato nel nostro soggiorno. Lo consiglio e io stessa ci tornerei.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Filitheyo Isand Resort a marzo e posso dire che è stato un vero paradiso! Le spiagge sono bellissime, con sabbia bianca e acque cristalline e una barriera corallina che ti lascia senza fiato. Le sistemazioni sono confortevoli, spaziose e arredate con gusto, Il personale è gentilissimo, e sempre disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La cucina è molto varia, con piatti locali e internazionali che soddisfano ogni palato. È il posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’esperienza indimenticabile.

Horrible. They dint contact back. Can't get ahold of them. Overcharging. Ignores concerns. Very slow staff. Unprofessional. Read very bad reviews too. Dirty. Things don't work or look nice. Very dated. Brush everywhere. They have fake positive reviews.

Our time at Filitheyo Island Resort was nothing short of perfection. We stayed in Bungalow 108, and it truly felt like our own little piece of heaven on earth. The bungalow was beautifully located, just steps from the turquoise water, with palm trees swaying in the breeze and total peace all around. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets right from our terrace was pure magic. The entire team at Filitheyo made us feel welcome and cared for. From the friendly reception to the attentive waiters and the discreet, hardworking housekeeping staff – everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. Dining was a daily highlight – a wide selection of tasty, fresh dishes and stunning views at every meal. We especially enjoyed the Maldivian touches and themed nights. Snorkeling around the island was phenomenal – vibrant marine life, healthy reefs, and calm waters made it ideal even for beginners. We saw turtles, rays, and countless tropical fish! This resort is a gem for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, and simply enjoy the beauty of island life. We left with full hearts and lifelong memories.
