Surprise by the standards of cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel staff.  First time in the city and the location of the hotel makes a short walk to the nearly by mall and night food street.

I am very satisfied with my experience staying at Qingdao Feiman Hotel. I had stayed in other Feiman hotels before, so I booked a room there, but it seemed that the style of each Feiman hotel was different, and each had its own merits.
The hotel is strategically located in the city center, surrounded by many attractions. It is close to Shichangzhe Beach and there is a shopping mall opposite it, but it is very deserted. The Liqun Shopping Mall near Shichangzhe Beach is still good. The surrounding transportation is convenient and traveling is very easy. The beach can be reached in a few minutes' walk, giving me the opportunity to enjoy the sea breeze and sea view at any time and feel the unique charm of the city of Qingdao.
The environment of Feiman Hotel gives people a warm and comfortable feeling. The hotel's decoration style is simple yet exquisite, with detailed design reflected everywhere.
The hotel has a very good service attitude. All staff members will take the initiative to greet you when they meet you, answer all questions and respond to all requests.
The room facilities are very complete and the layout is very warm. The bed in the room is very soft, and the pillows and quilt are comfortable. They are said to be 0-pressure mattresses and pillows, and they are very comfortable to sleep on. The toiletries in the bathroom are of high quality, and the water temperature and pressure are very stable, which makes people relax.
In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also worth mentioning. During my stay, I tried the hotel's breakfast, which had a wide variety of dishes and tasted very good. There were everything from Western breakfast to Chinese dim sum, satisfying the needs of different tastes.
The only drawback is that the door is not big, not as grand as it looks in the picture.
Overall it was a pleasant stay experience and I will choose to stay here again in the future.

Excellent City Center Choice! A Truly Satisfying Xi'an Trip!

For my trip to Xi'an, I chose Fiman Hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint! It definitely deserves a full five-star rating!

【Prime Location】 The hotel boasts a truly prime location. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Bell Tower subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The Muslim Quarter and Drum Tower are right next door, making it fantastic to grab snacks and enjoy the night views in the evening! For tourists, this saves a significant amount of travel time and cost.

【Attentive and Warm Service】 Check-in at the front desk was quick, the staff were very friendly, and thoughtfully inquired about my preferences for floor and quietness. Any questions I had were answered with great patience, making me feel like I was talking to friends.

【Impeccable Environment & Hygiene】 The hotel lobby is stylish and well-designed. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and all facilities were new. Cleaning was done promptly every day, and amenities were fully replenished.

【Rich and Delicious Breakfast】 The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options, including authentic Shaanxi noodles and snacks. The taste was excellent, leaving me feeling energized to start my day of sightseeing.

Overall, my stay here far surpassed what I anticipated and offered excellent value for money! Next time I visit Xi'an, I will definitely choose this place again! Highly recommended to all my friends!

Location is near Hangzhou station, nearby has lots of restaurants 
Hotel is new and room is large, but only has lobby - the other shows in review with atrium is not opening
Staff is averaged, not much to complain but no compliment
