"Nice hotel, bathroom is a bit strange as the toilet is separate from the shower and the shower has no door. Limited facilities in the hotel and staff a bit unfriendly when asked for simple things such as an iron and a glass (only one in the room when booked for 2). Good thing is the bus stop being next to the hotel and free public transports in Luxembourg meaning you can be in the centre under 20 min."

"I recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking."

"The location is good, in the financial center of the new city, next to the tram station (Luther's buses are free), one or two stops to the main attractions in the old city, and it takes only 20 minutes to walk. There is a large underground parking lot."

"Die Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte. Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist. Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein. Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist"

"Top Hotel, nice Design and set up. Location a bit out but easily accessible via the free public transports. Sadly we booked via Trip.com 2 rooms for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids. Booking confirmed for us, but reception refused to allow us check in, since it was against their policy to allow 3 people in a double room. So we had to pay an additional fee for a larger room to get us checked in. The whole holiday excitement got lost over this event…"

"The hotel is well located for a flight. they do provide a transfer even if the aiport is just around the corner. The hotel, however, seems that the wall are made of paper. The AC did no work and the window does not open properly. Felt in a sauna"

"I had a very nice time at the hotel. It was very practically located, right next to the airport terminal. The room was spacious, had a great view over the airfield, but also over a beautiful terrace garden, and the bed was very comfortable. I tried the restaurant on two different evenings and was very happy with the food and drink on both occasions. Air conditioning worked very well. There were only some minor negative points - hand soap dispenser didn't work, and the shower gel wasn't filled during my 5-night stay I especially appreciated the hotel's location on the morning of my departure - being able to wake up at 4.45am for a 6.15am flight was great! I would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel overall"
