Absoloutly Beauitful! Love holidays misadvertised this hotel but then Rana sorted this out and moved us to the room we booked! I had a look at all the rooms and even the cheapest rooms are beautiful. Rana was such a good host kept everything clean and tidy! Nothing was a problem for her! She is a credit to the company Thank you so much A must stay if going to Santorini

Our experience at Aqua Serenity was deeply disappointing, and I strongly advise against staying here. The room was tiny, barely larger than a shoe box, with an extremely low ceiling that caused my boyfriend to bump his head repeatedly. The space was so cramped that there was no storage, making it impossible to organize our things. The photos online were highly misleading, showing a much more spacious and well-appointed room than what we encountered. Additionally, the promised jacuzzi was nowhere to be found. The unhelpful and unresponsive customer service only made matters worse, failing to address or resolve our concerns. This stay was a waste of money and completely ruined our holiday. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere—Aqua Serenity is simply not worth it.

Rania was the most amazing host she really helped us with our stay, she told us about the best locations in Santorini and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. Hotel with jacuzzi was incredible, Rania had provided us with the best care whenever we needed something I.e towels, tissues, directions she was very prompt. The service was amazing I highly recommend

We just got back from an incredible 5-night stay at Aqua Serenity luxury suites. Rania was the most amazing host! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising me with balloons and cake for my birthday – such a special touch! The Eternity Superior Suite where my husband and I stayed was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, from the air conditioning to fresh towels daily. The rooftop pool area, shared with just one other room, offered stunning sea views and cozy sun loungers. We loved the communal area with its picturesque breakfast spot and easy access(5 minute walk) to a nearby shop for all our needs. The short walk(10 minutes) to Oia Caldera View was a delightful daily occurrence.

Where do I start?! First of all there is no reception so we sent a email to arrange for our arrival with a few questions as well...no response. We came to the hotel obviously no one was here, so we had to call the reception to get our key, for the lady to come it took about an hour, she had to prepare the room cause it wasn't cleaned and ready. And this is what the luxury is: a shoe box, a rusty bed and a bathroom the size of my pocket. No need to say we didn't stay there. We had someone one the phone saying there are some photos of the room so we can't complain. Of the 115 photos on *******, there is only one photo of the room and it's of the window. False advertising at its best! The manager didn't even have the decency to speak to us. Worth experience ever. Was a rip off ! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Me and my boyfriend visited Aqua Serenity as our first holiday together, and were booked into ‘Room C’. Regrettably, we were disappointed upon arrival when we were informed that our room did not have a jacuzzi included and realised how small-scaled our room was. Our room had no storage space, other than a rail with four coat hangers, which meant we had to live out our suitcases for the duration of stay. The room listed online that we would have an iron but this was not provided when we arrived. The space felt very small, with small ceilings and felt very basic. There were plenty of restaurants around the apartment and it was just a short stay away from Oia main town (around 15-20 minute walk). Due to the lack of space and no jacuzzi, we ended up going to another hotel near by a few days of our stay who were very kind and accommodating and could not recommend it enough (Secret View Hotel). I would advise if you are going to do any boats / catamarans, to book in advance as they seem to be more expensive when you’re out there. Overall, we both felt our stay was pretty average and unless you have a jacuzzi and a bigger room, I do not feel this is worth the price point.
