There is parking lot, service is OK, check out is 11 o'clock. Very unfriendly, not knocking the door without explaining the reason, unable to communicate in English, except the front desk. The facilities are very poor. The room is small and not as good as a small hotel in the country.

The environment and sanitation are OK, the service is also good, there is a private parking lot for charging. Shopping is not very convenient, and it costs about 20 euros to take a taxi to the city hall in the city.

My room was the furthest away possible from the lift. It was in a corner, corner shaped, I felt awfully cramped. There was NOT A SINGLE DRAWER IN THE ROOM! THERE WAS NO WARDROBE IN THE ROOM. There were only 3 hangers to hang my clothes, EXPOSED ON THE WALL. Awfull experience, I feel cheated. I will never use this hotel or trip again. And will block trip.com from being acessed from within my company.

Apartment hotel, there is a washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware are also available, the hygiene conditions are almost four, the hardware is OK except that there is no twin room.
The location is very good, 15 minutes walk from the Hamburg Railway Station, and very close to the Yibeihe Concert Hall, the miniaturized World Maritime Museum. It can walk all around in an hour. There is a delicious hot pot restaurant next to it. The Chinese opened it.

No issues with the hotel itself and the service (both are excellent), the only downside is the location. Nothing particularly interesting in the surrounding area and the construction made it tedious to get to but on the plus size, the train is a quick 10 minute walk away.

It is a very good hotel and I am very satisfied with the service. It is also close to Hamburg City Hall, the world's most expensive building, and is connected to the shopping street, making it a great place for a family trip.

We stayed a week while visiting our son.
Breakfast was good to excellent. Staff serving very good. The bar /restaurant at the hotel was good. Prices were similar to outside.
The room furnishings were ok/budget quality. No drawers for clothes. The bed was comfortable.
Convenient to Berliner Tor subway station (8-10 minute walk). During our stay there was road construction all around which made access from the subway a little challenging.
I would stay again. Budget hotel at a convenient location for us.
