Very clean small quiet motel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not for mobility impaired as parking lot is sand and there are many odd curbs and thresholds. But the location just across the street from the beach is great for someone who can do stairs. There are stairs to travel up and over the dunes to access the beach. If you're not able, you are close enough to drive a few miles down the road and drive on the beach.

We actually had reservations at another motel, when we saw that motel and the location, we drove right on by. We started driving north on A1A to Flagler Beach and saw this Motel. It sits right on the west side of A1A, beautiful location, the beach access is just across the street, easy on and off. The staff was great, the room was clean and beautiful, it remined me of a beach cottage photo that I once saw. They even have beach boards and beach umbrella's, if you forgot your's and needed one. This was the perfect weekend get-away. The day we checked out we stopped for dinner, as we recapped our stay, we decided to call and make a reservation for another long weekend for next month. We're looking forward to it. If you're looking for a nice quiet get-away.... then this place is for you.

We loved our stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Right across from a beach entrance. Easy to rinse off sand. It’s simple and quiet and exactly what I was looking for. We will stay here again!

Clean and friendly
Place was clean, safe, friendly and close to beach. It’s simple and no frills. But that’s what we like about Flagler. Free self parking. Next to Cafe by Sea. Great communication.

What a beautiful gem! So clean and the motif is spot on for the area. Easy to walk most everywhere, or just a short drive away. Would definitely stay again!!

Liked location, quiet, proximity to dining. Doesn't seem like the owners are maintaining the property: peeling paint on doors, foam weatherstripping around air conditioners not adequate, could use better hooks to hang towels, remote for TV didn't work-- couldn't use volume control or mute functions, room could use better area rugs that have non-slip backing to prevent falls, curtain for bathroom window.

Would of been a 5 star if the room was clean. I have allergies and the ceiling fan was very dirty and the wall by the bed had built up dust. The clean towels smelled really bad. A good scrub down and clean towels and it would be a 5 star. I love how the beach is so close. I loved how the motel has beach toys ect. to borrow. The locals were very nice.
