The accommodation was perfect for a group of friends looking to find a few days to relax in Airlie. The swimming pool was refreshing and the apartment we stayed in was very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

A nice basic caravan park. Clean amenities. Next to the airstrip so fairly constant plane and helicopter noise all day. They charged $7 for a 5kg load of washing with a 30 minute cycle. It's a fair way out of Airlie Beach. We had a nice flat camp site, but not shady or private. A great spot for couples not wanting the hustle and bustle of families as there are no kid-friendly activitieed asides from the pool.

We stayed in our caravan and had no problems getting in and out of the park. All amenities were clean and well kept by happy and helpful staff. We were joined by friends who flew to Procipinr and joined us in one of the Cabins for part of our stay I feel that the park location was a major advantage, being close to all our planned activites and away from the noise and bussel of the town. Overall a very pleasant experience for our stay.

Stayed in 2 bedroom cabin. Fully self-contained. Cabin was functional, well appointed, clean (and air-conditioned!) The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the resort facilities however travellers and families were catered for. The resort was located away from Airlie Beach (approx. 10 mins) away on road to Shute Harbour.

We had such a great experience at BIG4 Eco Lodge in Airlie Beach! I accidentally booked the wrong dates and our site was already reserved, but the staff went above and beyond to shuffle things around so we could stay an extra night. They made what could have been a stressful situation really easy and hassle-free. The park itself is clean,well located for exploring Airlie Beach. Facilities are well maintained, and the whole place has a really relaxed vibe. It’s clear the staff genuinely care about their guests.

Airlie Beach is busy. Flat out busy and very much a tourist town with restaurants and bars and lots of hype. Staying here was a nice break from the chaos and intensity of the township. But . . . The airport is literally over the fence and is not only busy during the day it is also pretty smelly. Also the sites are small and access is tight with a caravan. The amenities were clean enough but were quite a walk from our site. Additionally there is no beach access from the caravan park and you will need to travel the 5k back into town and pay for parking to access the beach.
