Our cabin is conveniently located off highway 2 at the foot of Columbia Mountain. It offers easy access to Glacier National Park (12min to the west entrance) and everything the Flathead Valley has to offer, including a quick trip to Whitefish Mountain. The home is outfitted with everything you need for a wonderful stay in majestic Montana.The spaceThis charming 2 bedroom, one bath log cabin is the perfect space for a Montana getaway. The cabin is just under 1000 square feet, featuring an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that includes an island, full size kitchen, dining table, wood furnace, and comfortable living room.There are 2 bedrooms, one upstairs (double bed + air mattress and pack n play if needed) and one downstairs (queen bed). The upstairs bedroom is loft-style (it does not have a door) and has a platform bed. It is the only room upstairs and is quite private. The main level also has a full bath and laundry.Additionally, there is a large back deck with views of both Teakettle and Columbia Mountains, a table and chairs, hammock, and a fire ring for campfires (depending on fire restrictions). We have WiFi and an apple TV available, but do not have cable. The cabin is also equipped with plenty of board games, books and a dvd collection.Guest accessThe entire cabin is all yours for the duration of your stay as well as the backyard fire pit and outdoor space. The property also features a beautiful green house in the backyard where depending on the time of year guest can check out fresh herbs and vegetables.The property has great views and is nestled among trees, however it is close to Highway 2.
