The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. So full board was and extra Rs8000 and you could only have 2 glasses of wine or two beers included. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough. Our time at the hotel was rainy weather but we still enjoyed it with people like Sahil around. Thank you!

Well , what more can I say about this hotel 🤦🏽‍♂️, poor infrastructure, service was poor from the Resturant to the bars and room service! The only beauty is at night

The hotel environment is first-class. The deluxe family suite I booked has a large room. It is the best choice for staying with children in the hotel. There are many activities and beautiful sunsets. I am ready to visit it again.

This is the room that costs over 2000 per night. It is unbelievably bad. Don't come to Hilton. It is old and bad, but this room is from a hotel in our country. Don't stay in a Hilton room that costs over 2000 per night. It is too bad. I can't stand it. They also said this is called a king room. I am afraid they have some misunderstanding about the word king.

The hotel service consciousness is not strong. A bunch of birds come back to eat your breakfast, flies and so on. No toothbrush is provided. You need to ask for it. The water is also recycled bottled water. Many Indian waiters will not respond to you when you ask them to take orders. Then ask the local waiter to come and take orders. In short, I will never come again. Very bad

The local French, the front desk generally speaks with a heavy accent, and they know that the communication is not clear but do not slow down, many services are not in place

There is a large shallow beach at the Flic-en-Flac beach where the hotel is located, which is suitable for kayaking, snorkeling and other water activities. It is also a great location to watch the sunset at sea. The room cleaning service is average. The towels were not changed during the three days of staying. The two free bottles of water every day were not provided proactively. I had to call the room service twice before someone brought them.

After staying for three nights, we could keep running out without using up the hotel facilities. The beach equipment looks very complete, but we all missed the opening time. The palm trees in the hotel are very beautiful~
