Discovery Resorts - Wilpena Pound

We stayed there for 4 nights & the room was never serviced during our stay. Staff were surly and generally unhelpful. No grade 1 walks were open. Not advised of hike closures till you arrive. Accommodation was of a low standard. No microwaves in rooms that cost over $300 per night. Non existent water pressure. Showers with no screens so water all over the floor. We certainly would not stay there again

Facilities have vastly improved since my last stay at Wilpena. Nice to experience a stay that was warm, welcoming and back to what Wilpena use to offer. I’ll definitely be back

This camping is very good. I love the landscape and the atmosphere there. I will go back in the future with other friends.

The service was good in general but we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign twice from reception and once from housekeeping to never get one, each deferring us to the other department. There was a real lack of owning responsibility in the resort, but in general was fine.

Great location, the room size is ok, but quite basic hardware. The reception / Info desk staffs is really helpful. And the food proivded from the restaurant is nice.

We recently stayed at the Wilpena Pound Discovery Park would absolutely still recommend it! The location is amazing, offering unparalleled access to the beauty of Wilpena Pound, making it a truly memorable base for exploration. Our accommodation was great, comfortable, and well-suited for our needs. The one area for improvement we noted was cleanliness, which could have been a bit better. Ultimately, the breathtaking environment and overall positive experience mean we highly endorse this park for your Flinders Ranges adventure.

The staff were great excellent Colin on our 4x4 Your. The food was simply amazing on our first night. Good amenmeties and prices. Bed were a little hard yet simple clean rooms. I’ll be back

Staff were very attentive and helpful good knowledge of the area and the services available room was clean and everything worked

A wonderful place to stay. Wildlife is around and nature stunning. The very friendly staff makes it even better.
