Cons: 1. Communicating for access information was incredibly stressful and frustrating. If you only respond to whatsapp make that clear in your instructions and respond in a timely manner. 2. We had terrible issue with shower drain and took 3 days to respond. Also tiny shower. 4. Should communicate that beds are only 1 foot off the floor. And it is 1 double bed and a pullout couch, not 2 twins as advertised. Please also note bed is like sleeping on metal. 4. Be prepared to walk a lot! Impossible to get a taxi and busses are sporadic and crowded. Pros: 1. City location with historic market and restaurants right there. 2. Florence is beautiful
