It’s hostel accommodation so don’t expect too much. The room is not clean despite request are made one day before! if you put food in the kitchen expect it to be stolen! the breakfast is not very good. The fruit juice machine is not working. All the staff are very young and likely not trained. The hostel is convenient for train station but it’s far from centre.

First time to Florence, tho its not next to main train station Novella, but its 30 seconds next to the campo di marte,

Absolutely terrible experience. We stayed one night at this hotel and it was a complete nightmare. The hotel was filled with dozens, if not hundreds, of school children who were running, shouting, and making noise all night long.
We arrived around 8 PM and were already shocked by the chaos in the lobby. After checking into our room, the noise continued non-stop in the corridors and neighboring rooms. We asked to change rooms, but the alternative room was just as noisy. The staff said there was nothing they could do except talk to the group leaders, but the noise persisted until after midnight — and started again at 6 AM!
There was no chance to rest properly. It ruined our night and impacted our plans for the next day. The hotel should not mix large noisy groups with regular guests without informing them in advance.
I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Never again.

Great service. Peaceful and quiet. Very close to train station. However, few trains and buses. Great locker room serce even though staff accidentally gave key to other guests and they took it.

The room is just located next to the train station, Campo di Marte station which is one stop to SMN station. It is very convenient to go to the city as the train is running very frequently.
However, the staffs may need to be more flexible and polite in handling customers.

Located next to the other train station in Florence, need to take a 10 mins (1.7euro) train ride or a 30 -mins walk to access the historic center. Facilities are good, socket on bed, spacious toilets and shower room etc.
The way they organize themselves can be improved tho. Had some issues when checking in, later solved but still mentally exhausted.

This hotel is the worst one I have ever encountered. The staff handled the issue in a very rigid manner. At the front desk, they informed me that cash could not be used for payment. Since I only had cash and no online payment option, they told me that I couldn't stay if I couldn't make online payment. In a situation where I was unable to communicate and was in a dilemma, the staff did not try to think of any solutions for me. They showed no enthusiasm or service attitude. The experience was extremely poor. The room didn't even come with a basic kettle for boiling water. As a bed room, I was also required to sleep in a fixed bed position and couldn't choose it myself. Moreover, the price of the room was not cheap, and the check-out time had to be before 10 a.m. These regulations were completely unprecedented and outrageous. I will never stay at this hotel again.
