環境非常好，服務非常好

호텔 시설는 노후되었고, 침대또한 옛날 스프링 침대로 삐걱거립니다. 특히 와이파이 개쓰레기에요 진짜느려요 되는지도 모르겠고.. 바텐더는 너무좋은데 시설니 조금 그렇네요..

What a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. Plus, the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I will surely come back to Florence and stay at this hotel again, highly recommended!

酒店裝修十分復古，位置距離購物大道也很便利。

滿意。位置特別好，去哪都方便。工作人員友善，早餐也不錯。可惜此行太匆忙，都沒來得及去品嚐附近的網紅意麪，逛SMN香水商店。下次來佛羅倫薩，還住這個酒店。也點贊攜程，服務特別好

非常精緻的一家酒店，裝飾技巧感覺非常搶眼，早餐也豐盛，地理位置非常好，距離聖母百花大教堂，火車站，維克老橋都非常近，到達酒店早，酒店也儘快安排了房間，大堂有免費的檸檬水。

方便的酒店，非常接近火車站。去百花大教堂走路15分鐘。

房間和洗手間比較小，隔音很差，晚上和早晨都比較吵，早餐選擇不多，入住酒店會要求客户簽署聲明，對自己的個人物品負責，酒店內丟失貴重物品和酒店沒有關係，且個人訊息可以用於商業用途，觀感較差！

距離火車站大概300米，去聖母百花大教堂、領主宮都很近，出門轉右就是網紅排隊店osteria pastella。

I booked this hotel for myself and my family. We really appreciate the friendly service from the staff throughout our stay. The building itself is gorgeous and is located within a few minutes walk from the Firenze SMN train station. We stayed in two two-bed rooms. One of which was big with a walk-in closet. However the other one was small and we could hear the water pipes at night. Sound isolation was also not great as we could hear laughter from the guests staying next door. Would recommend this hotel to travellers who look for a central location and do not mind hearing some noise from pipes or guests chattering at night.

挺有特色的酒店，早餐很好，是在花園用餐，也可以選擇坐在裏面。房間偏小。不知道是否是個別房間問題，隔音不是很好，我們定了兩間房是相鄰的，是能聽到另一間房是誰在説話的程度。

房間不大，但是足夠乾淨舒適，前台服務員非常的親切，有問題都能幫忙解決。酒店靠近車站，交通也相當方便！早餐區的半戶外區域很漂亮，很舒服！

位置離佛羅倫薩火車站很近，房間有點問題，空調關了又會自動開啟，半夜有點吵而且很冷。

下次來一定還會住這裏 ，給前台服務人員點贊
