Semplice, pulito e ottima colazione servita nel bar dell’hotel: colazione dolce, salata e proposte vegane. Personale gentile e disponibile . Accoglienza 🔝 Posizione centrale e comoda. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. A dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Super Consigliato !

Paulo is a sweet welcoming host. Location is great - close to Uffizi and Boboli/Pitti Palace. Awesome location also for shopping leather and other merchandise. There is a tiny shop next to it where you can purchase drinking water for cheap, and also pick up snacks/fruits. Room is small and has one cupboard/closet. No fridge. Bathroom shower stall was so tiny. I did not opt in for the breakfast but the spread looked good. Has elevator.

Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative e siamo abituati a viaggiare con standard di un certo livello. La posizione è più che centrale, praticamente accanto al Duomo. Ero con due persone di una certa età che pure si sono trovate benissimo. Camere pulite,cortesia, affabilità, il bagno e gli asciugamani pulitissimi. Vero che non c'è il cambio quotidiano, ma quanti a casa propria lo fanno??? Cmq torneremo e consiglieremo senz'altro.

Posizione centralissima, veramente a dieci passi dal bellissimo Duomo di Firenze. Struttura adatta ai diversamente abili con camera al piano terra, dotata di pedana per l'ingresso e di bagno adeguato sotto ogni aspetto. Pulizia della stanza perfetta. Ottima la colazione nella caffetteria annessa. Ma, soprattutto, l'estrema cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario che non dimenticheremo. Consigliatissimo! Quando ritornerò a Firenze soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo qui.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. Please spare yourselves the trip & find yourself another hotel up a block. Avoid the place at all costs. Dirty moldy showers that are hardly fit my toddlers let alone an adult. Beds falling apart that are at least 20 years old. Pillows were at least a decade old& sheets were stiff as a sheet of paper. The ceiling was falling apart & dripping fluid, while the air conditioner was controlled by Paolo the owner & desk manager via computer. Temperature did not go below 25 degrees celsius bc Paolo said it is bad for the environment & cannot be more than 5 degrees from the outside temperature. Only problem with that is in the night when cooler & bellow 25, temperature did not budge. It was always cooler outside than our rooms. We approached his the next day & were met with anger. There are no refrigerator or microwave in the room & the phones were broken & shoved away in one of the 60 year old cabinets. The 3 days we spent were a nightmare from hell. You only got one set of towels per day you were there so ladies who have long hair we had no options. Hotel rooms are not cleaned for some reason until check out & were not allowed to replace towels either. When checked in the floor was extremely dirty while falling apart & so were walls & furniture. SPARE YOURSELF!!!

Stayed here for three nights in what was once the livery. The room was huge for european standards but it lacked charm and decor; however, it did meet our needs. It's centrally located and just a stones throw to the Duomo. Easy walk to the city sites and a 10 minute walk to/from the train station. Although the gentleman at the front desk insisted that we pay cash for the room tax, he was friendly. If you're looking for something basic and centrally located and don't require much attention from hotel staff, this place is for you. If you're looking for something fancy, look elsewhere.
