Ottima posizione, stanza grande e bellissima

A very Nice hotel 1 minute walk from the Dome. Very clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast. Owner and waitress were very kind with US! We Will come back for sure!!!

The suite has the most incredible ceiling and unique layout. We enjoyed our time here. The staff were all very friendly. Great location and we could walk everywhere we needed to.

The N4U Guest House is one of the highest rated accommodations in Florence and deservedly so. It has an unbeatable central location with all of Florence's top attractions within walking distance. It is just a couple of minutes to walk to the Duomo, the Piazza della Signoria with tons of dining and take out options close by. The modernised rooms in a beautiful Renaissance building still retain touches of their historic charm, particularly the spectacular painted ceilings. They are very clean, comfortable and the washroom was up-to-date and well-stocked with toiletries. There are 76 stairs to get to the rooms. Their site does state that there is no elevator and anyone who has done even a cursory look at reviews should be aware that this is the situation and it is, therefore, not an option for anyone with limited mobility. We appreciated our daily workout of stairs to justify that extra gelato at the end of the day. Our host Raffaele could not have been more accommodating. He was always available to answer our questions, happily booked a cab for us and got our air conditioning going when we had a hot day. It was no problem to drop our luggage off before our check-in and he graciously allowed us to keep it there after checkout when we had free time to kill before a late in the day flight home. We were surprised to see several reviews that rated the breakfast as mediocre or just adequate. We didn't find that to be the case at all. It was a continental breakfast buffet that went above and beyond in our estimation. There were always fresh croissants, rolls, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheese, boiled eggs, cereals, toast, yogurt, juices, milk, and even a delicious cake. Raffaele was always there to provide freshly squeezed orange juice if you wanted it, as well as cappuccino, cafe Americano, and espresso. The room is not too small either as it can easily accommodate all 6 rooms at once though that was never the case in the 7 nights we were there. Each room has a specific table so there is never a worry that there won't be any seating. The N4U Guest House not only met but exceeded our expectations. Raffaele has been the consummate host and we look forward to staying there again the next time we return to Florence.

Great guest house. We had a little difficulty getting in at first but we contacted the phone number on our confirmation and they got us in right away. The house was very pretty, great location and Rafel was very proffessional. Breakfast was good.
