It was so convenient because it was located right in front of the station! The staff were also super friendly ㅠㅠ🫶🏻 There was a small elevator that could carry heavy carriers, so I was able to put my luggage up and down.

Excellent location. New rooms. Rooms in 3 floor are excellent. Has elevator and security for entrance door. It is near train the station. All is new in excellent conditions. Bedding, air conditioning, bathroom, everything was excellent.

Amazing hotel.. The staff was very helpful and very polite.They also offered chocolates and soft drinks. The location is great very close to centre and very close to the train station.. I reccomend it 100 %. If you are visiting Florence you should stay there

In the chaos of Florence, this hotel was our perfect refuge. Located a stone's throw from the Santa Maria Novella station, it is ideal for those arriving by train and wanting to move around comfortably on foot. The building, recently renovated, retains the charm of Tuscan tradition but with modern and elegant interiors. The rooms are furnished with sober and functional taste, and offer everything you need to relax after a day spent among museums and squares: excellent mattress, stable Wi-Fi and beautiful natural light in the morning. We also really appreciated the small details such as the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff, always smiling and discreet. We stayed in this 3-star hotel during a weekend in Florence and we were very satisfied.
