The hotel is located on the seafront and has a leisure area that is ideal for children. This area has around 3 or 4 heated jacuzzis. There is no beach service, no chairs, tents or towels for use on the beach or by the pool. Breakfast is very simple. The idea is to have a spa, including prices in the brochure that are fun. The reception should be the one to arrange the appointment, but they give the number to the guests and the service provider sets the price they want. The bed linens in the room are of poor quality and need to be replaced. The shower is electric and difficult to adjust, with very hot water. The bedroom window should have blackout curtains. The rooms have one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the single bedroom, the windows rattle due to the strong wind.

Hotel ruim, quartos escuros, tudo muito antigo e precário, café da manhã muito ruim, não disponibilizam toalhas para a piscina, está mais para pousada do que hotel, pagamos três noites, saímos um dia antes, pois realmente, não foi agradável estar lá, recepção horrorosa, nada simpáticos. Crianças gritando nas piscinas até meia noite, não dava pra dormir com o barulho, enfim, experiência super desagradável. Sem contar que se quiser limpeza, tem que pedir.

Pasamos unas vacaciones inolvidables! Cerca del aeropuerto, barcitos y súpermercados. Hermosas piscinas, jacuzziy salida directo a la playa, jardines divinos, salón de juegos. Desayuno variado, restaurante a la carta. Mención especial para maira, que se ocupó especialmente que tuviera opciones gluten free para desayunar, y sabri, la encargada del entrenamiento para los niños, súper amorosa! No duden en venir!

Infelizmente fiquei só uma noite nesse hotel, gostaria de ter ficado bem mais. O quarto é amplo, limpo e super gostoso. Banheiro espaçoso e chuveiro bom. A área de lazer é linda e tem acesso à praia, tudo muito cuidado. Quero voltar com mais tempo

Bem ruinzinho. Falta manutenção no hotel, que está mais para uma pousada. Ar condicionado não funcionava, havia frestas na janela da frente e na porta janela, e esta era de vidro e não tinha blackout, portanto o quarto era bem claro à noite. A saboneteira do box estava quebrada. O café da manhã estava bom (pela precariedade do hotel, estávamos com a expectativa baixa). Não recomendo, pois achei o valor elevado para o local.

Sou suspeita para falar desse hotel. Frequente desde pequena o Morro das Pedras SPA e Hotel e pra mim, é um dos melhores e mais bem localizados da ilha. Meu aniversário sempre nos hospedamos lá, e como de costume somos muito bem tratados. Localização privilegiada , piscina sensacional, cômodos super aconchegantes, e o café da manhã maravilhoso. Super recomendo. A gente adora .
