Area Hotel

The hotel has a great location, right on the sea front, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, and all the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated, but clean. Towels were changed often (probably too often) but sometimes all were changed, other days just one. There seemed to be no reason behind it. Major downsides were: there is no wi fi in the rooms. the breakfast is the same everyday which became very tired in the second week. Efes beer in the bar was the most expensive in Calis, but the location doesn't merit this. This is a cheap and cheerful hotel. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

Fiyat performans denilen otellerden. Kahvaltı güzel, havuz ***et güzel, manzara-konum çok güzel, çalışanlar çok iyi güleryüzlü. Her gün temizlik yapılıyor. Odalar biraz eski ama temiz. Klima var. En büyük eksiği bizce odalarda minik bir buzdolabı:) bu da olsa çok iyi olacaktı:) ama biz memnun ayrıldık..

Klein maar schoon hotel met lieve personeelsleden. In 2017 voor eerst geweest en nu 2022 hebben ze burgemeester vernieuwd met een restaurant waar echt super lekker gegeten kan worden! Zeker Een aanrader!

Great location - lovely pool and area. Excellent restaurant. Ignore nay sayers! People expect the Ritz when they pay YMCA prices! It’s a basic 3* hotel and 3* in Turkey isn’t the same as 3* in other parts of the world. English isn’t widely spoken by the staff - but our understanding of Turkish is far worse than their understanding of English! I’ll leave that comment rest ………. Breakfast is standard bread, eggs, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumber, preserves and olives. Watermelon was available 1 day which was nice. Restaurant food is excellent and great value! It appears that in previous times; guests would take breakfast items back to their rooms for ‘lunch’. I don’t blame the hoteliers if that was the case! I wanted fruit and figs , so bought some from the markets. There was no issue with staff. Rooms are basic - even those at the front of the hotel that cost extra - but when you’re in a place with a decent pool area and lovely surroundings- why would you want to sit inside?! Towels were changed daily - even if they weren’t put in the shower - I think this could be reviewed to save them costs and for environmental benefits where water is so precious. My only criticism was guest behaviour- putting towels on sun beds then going out for the day! These will be writing scathing reviews about room locations and standards of course! . Will we go back? Damn right we will! Thank you Area Hotel! See you next year!

het hotel is simpel, maar wat hebben wij met onze kinderen van 14/ 11 en 9 een top vakantie gehad. De kamers simpel maar schoon, elke dag schone handdoeken en de airco deed het perfect. Het is geen nieuw hotel maar door de ligging is deze echt perfect. Zwembad helemaal goed en schoon, bedjes genoeg. Ontbijt simpel maar echt prima! Het restaurant wat bij het hotel zit is heerlijk en goed, vaak wezen lunchen maar ook in de avond gegeten. Personeel super vriendelijk en doet veel voor je als je andere wensen hebt of vraagt
