"From a positive point of view the location was good. However, our room was a disappointment. It was on the top floor, the lift only went to 2nd floor. We had a carry luggage up a GLASS FOOR & GLASS STAIRCASE. This feature was not in the room description. As I have a height fear this was a very challenging experience every day. I felt it was quite dangerous. Our request to change rooms could not be facilitated. Air conditioning was off when we arrived during a heatwave!! Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant which consisted of a coffee and a biscuit....hardly a sufficient start to the day. There was no fridge in the room. My medication & bottled water had to be left in a communal fridge on a different floor - which was not secure. There was no information about the local area and we were told at reception that maps were being reprinted!!!!"

"I brought my mother back to Italy to visit her family and the Hotel Bella Napoli was the most wonderful place to stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the service was excellent. But most important, our hosts were warm and so kind. They made us feel welcome and we chatted like family. The restaurant had a great choice of foods for breakfast and everything was delicious. The hotel is very well located on a nice quiet side street close to a lovely shopping area, and just a few minutes from the train station. When I come back to Foggia, there's nowhere else that I would want to stay. Grazie mille, Hotel Bella Napoli."

"غرفة مزوده بالتدخين؛ من الواضح انها ليست غلطة المدير ولكن ضيوفا غير متحضرين يدخنون بك في اكثر الاشياء غير متسخه تماما. بعض الاشياء يمكن تحسينها صغر الاهتمام بالعميل ... مثل دش و شامبو وصابون في الحمام و 3 في كل مكان للزوجين فقط صغر حجمها جداً ويكاد يكفي لغسل اليدين واثنين كمان وشرشف الشعر اذا نريد يقع الفندق في منطقة جيدة. لسوء الحظ ، هو بعيد جدا عن المركز. ولكن الغرف صغيرة. الإفطار هو في الواقع اثنين من الطوب (التجربة في الظلام لأن واحدة لم يتم تذكيرها على العلبة) واثنين من كبسولات القهوة. لدي تجربة مباشرة في المطعم ، وأعتقد أننا يمكن أن نفعل أكثر ، لأن العميل لا يقيم بشكل مجاني. فندق جميل و نظيف و ذات موقع مميز. كما أنني أقدر البيئة و الأثاث، و بدوت وكأنها رماد في أكواخ مطلة على الجبل.المدير شخص لطيف جدا و متوفر، و يتأكد من سماعه و أصوات النادي الصحي..مستوي الفندق متميز و لكن بالتوفيق للجميع."

"I recently stayed in this B&B and I was satisfied. The structure is very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is optimal, perfect to easily reach the attractions of the area. A advantage not recently is the possibility of parking the car comfortablely next to the structure, making everything much simpler. The service I appreciated most was breakfast served directly in the room: an unpaid comfort that allows you to start the day with the greatest tranquility."
