This resort absolutely does not meet the 4* criteria, but is more like a 2* hostel. Really, I've never been to a worse resort. I would probably start with the fact that we arrived at night to a room where the air conditioning did not work. When I contacted the reception, they told me that it was necessary to keep the balcony door closed and the air conditioning would work. The door was closed, but it still didn't work. Most of the employees were Ukrainians and sometimes it was a serious problem to communicate in English. I don't think they were dressed appropriately for a four-star resort, and I'm not even talking about the behavior when they don't even know how to greet you. We ordered a paid shuttle bus from the reception to the town of Plakias - the hotel employees did the transportation, so they knew what group they were taking there and would take back. I had my three-year-old son with me, and a hotel employee sat down next to me with a freshly extinguished cigarette, which he continuously puffed on. There was smoke in the whole car, and I find this extremely inappropriate, even with a small child in mind. The next thing was the food. There were no name tags anywhere, what you eat, and I'm not even talking about allergens. When I once ate fish that I liked and I asked the waiters in English what kind of fish they were serving today, the answer was: "We don't serve fish today." I said: "This is fish." The young lady went to the kitchen, after two minutes she came back and answered me in English - "Yes, it's a fish!" So I ask: "Ok, what kind?" And she answers me in another language. With all due respect, all those waiters (mid 20s) were carrying cell phones in their back pockets, and this lady doesn't think to use google translate when she doesn't even know what she's serving? Another category was the resort itself - I would call it a resort suitable for beginners or advanced alcoholics, and I don't want to touch anyone. But apart from the swimming pool, there was no animation program or children's playground or any cultural activities. We lived right next to the reception with our three-year-old son, and there was an artificial lawn under our balcony. If they would rather create a small playground for children instead of leaving an empty space, it would be much more efficient than providing all inclusive with alcohol. However, there were many families with small children who would have appreciated it. The majority of the clientele were Ukrainians and here and there Russians. Some of them bottled the alcohol they had available at the bar - that's probably what the shame is about. The only positive was the beautiful beach with the gorgeous sea, which saves this entire resort. As for families with small children - we had a stroller with us, but we didn't use it even once (except for an optional trip to Chania), because there is practically nowhere to walk from the resort - there are stairs and a dirt road with large stones leading to the s

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are good, everything corresponds to the photographs. The room has a free safe, kettle with tea and dishes. And the most wonderful thing was the beautiful view from our balcony of the mountains and the sea, It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach, and there is a minibus that takes you to the beach. Umbrellas and sunbeds for free are another plus. In addition to our beach, there is also Calypso beach about 15-20 minutes, and Behind our beach about 10 minutes in a cove between the rocks is another wonderful beach, there are sunbeds for a fee. , We had all inclusive meals. Everything was well prepared and fresh. From fruits there were apples, oranges, watermelons, pears, there were also canned pineapples and peaches. From desserts: croissants buns with raisins, biscuits and baskets. There were also constantly sliced vegetables. From meat chicken, pork, ham sausage. In the bar there was wine, tequila , rum, gin. The service staff is good, the administrator at the reception Eteri is wonderful, she always suggested everything, answered any questions and helped. All the staff speak Russian, at the reception plus English. In general, summing up all of the above, who wants a relaxing holiday with beautiful views and nature? also by the sea and a good hotel, come to Sokol Resort/

I was on holiday in Crete at the end of September. The weather was excellent, not hot, you could sunbathe, walk, the sea was warm. I chose the hotel for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It is located in the south of the island in Damnoni Bay, where you can enjoy the untouched nature of Crete. The transfer to the hotel is long: 2-3 hours, but during this time you can see the island. The hotel is small, there is a restaurant, a pool bar with a beautiful view of the sea. I had a standard double room with panoramic windows that offered a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. It is not big, there is a TV, a refrigerator, a tea set, slippers, a bathroom, towels, a hairdryer, a safe, air conditioning, and a balcony with a clothes dryer. Wi-Fi signal is good and fast throughout the hotel. The food is tasty but monotonous: chicken, fish, meat, meatballs, vegetables, fruits, sweets, cola, tea, cappuccino, tequila, gin, local vodka, wine, beer. No one will remain hungry. There is no animation. The beach is not far, 5-10 minutes leisurely. Those who find it difficult can use a free minibus that takes them to the beach. The sea is magnificent, the water is clean and transparent. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle, no coral is required, no sea urchins. The hotel has its own sun loungers and umbrellas. On the beach there are changing cabins, showers, and taps for washing your feet from sand. Beach towels are provided against a deposit of five euros. There are many beautiful bays and beaches nearby. You can walk through the olive grove to the village of Plakias, where there is a promenade, many taverns and restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. A small yacht goes from the hotel beach to Preveli Beach, Marmara Beach, Loutro. I really enjoyed my holiday here, the sea is gorgeous, the nature is amazing, there is something to see and places to take a walk. This is the place for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the sea and mountains.

Food which leaves more than to be desired, very little choice and above all this impression of recovery between each service… Coming to the staff, they are not welcoming (no hello or even a smile each time we passed the entrance hall). The “manager” has no benevolence or empathy, it is clear that for him money is much more important than the well-being of customers. He literally kicked us out when we left!! This is a deplorable attitude for a 4-star establishment supposed to satisfy its customers… to avoid!!

I really liked the hotel. Small, quiet, simple, but everything is there and everything is on the level. The places around are amazing. Suitable for those who travel primarily for chic nature and the sea, and not for hotel delights. The staff is very good, friendly. The rooms are new and everything is clean. The room has air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer - work great. Cleaning every day. From the windows there is a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. No entertainment, but that's a plus for us. Excellent fast and uninterrupted Internet, ideal for work. The food is delicious, fresh. Pretty monotonous, but there is plenty to choose from and what to feed both adults and children. The hotel has a small private beach. Good sun loungers and umbrellas, enough space for everyone. The entrance to the sea is gentle, comfortable. Walk to the beach not far, about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The water is clean and at a comfortable temperature. There is no sweltering heat even in August. The temperature is very comfortable. On the first day there was a very strong wind, almost a hurricane. But by morning he calmed down and the rest of the days were completely calm. Pros: Gorgeous nature of island Greece, gentle sea, pleasant hotel staff, good internet. Cons: Quite a long drive from the airport. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest, we definitely want to return to these places again.

Z owocy to dzienne jabłko, pomarańcza, gruszka .
