Such a great holiday couldn’t fault the hotel, the rooms were clean, food was brilliant and the entertainment for the children was great.

Hotel pas très moderne mais qui est tout à fait correct et propre. La piscine avec tous les arrondis ne ressemble plus à celle des photos, elle est je pense plus petite et non entouée d'herbe. Le but de nos vacances était de se reposer à l'hotel, et il est super pour ça : grand espace vert permettant de se promener en restant au sein du complexe, verdure très bien entretenue, et beaucoup d'activités proposées. Absolutely not 4 stars!!! The booking was made on the basis of specific advertised features that proved to be materially misleading or entirely inaccurate. This constitutes a breach of both UK and EU consumer protection laws. 1. Misrepresentation of Accommodation and Resort Details We selected this holiday based on its advertised features, specifically: - An all-inclusive resort described as “a few steps from the beach” - Photos of twin rooms with balconies - On-site bar staff that “shake cocktails” However, upon arrival, we discovered: - We were allocated a small room with a small double bed and only one chair between the two of us - The resort does not have direct access to the beach; instead, access requires walking approximately 150 metres down a public main road and down a hill — not feasible for quick beach access or practical in swimwear. - All cocktails were served from taps or boxes. I tried to request a margarita at all three bars (and offered to pay), I was informed that it was not possible. When I raised these concerns with a TUI representative (Cedric), I was initially dismissed. However, he later admitted that the room photos on your website do not match what is available to TUI customers at the booked price point. The confirmation of this misinformation directly from your own representative highlights a serious lapse in advertising standards. Under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is unlawful to provide false or misleading information that influences a consumer's purchasing decision. The EU Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, still applicable to package holidays sold by UK companies, also requires that the main characteristics of a holiday (including accommodation and facilities) be accurately described prior to purchase. 2. Substandard Experience of a Supposed 4-Star Resort In addition to the misrepresentations above, the service and amenities fell below the standard a reasonable consumer would expect from a 4-star resort. The following issues illustrate the poor level of service: - No tea or coffee-making facilities in the room - Sheets and towels were changed only once in a week - The fridge included one bottle of water that was not replenished - Housekeeping did not remove used glasses from rooms - No room service, even at an extra cost - Restaurant staff did not serve tea, coffee, or drinks - No daily inspection of pool or children’s facilities ( I had to highlight a safety issue which the rep described as serious but on leaving it remained unrepaired). - No porter service provided when we arrived at the hotel or when we changed rooms - No drinks service to sunbeds, and the pools were overcrowded (accommodating ＜10% of guests at a time) - No skilled bar staff to make standard shaken cocktails as advertised The animation staff were excellent with the children but I am afraid that is where their skills ended and they had voice tr
