Muy buena comida y ubicación. Horario de comidas demasiado tempranero, no acorde a turismo español. En general muy buena experiencia.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich wahnsinnig laut, so dass man weder mittags noch abends wirklich zur Ruhe kommen kann und man wirklich jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern oder der Daueranimation der Gäste hört. Das Buffet ist zwar groß aber für Kinder gibt es immer das Gleiche. Pommes, Pizza oder Nudeln. Die Anlage ist insgesamt doch ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen und Bedarf dringend einer Aufarbeitung. Für uns der erste und letzte Aufenthalt und den Preis definitiv nicht wert!

We've just returned from a one week holiday at Pinos Park with our 9 year old son. This is our 3rd time holidaying in Mallorca, we usually go to another resort about 20 minutes drive from Pinos but thought we would try somewhere new this year. The holiday was good, my son had a good time. I just wanted to leave a few practical notes here for families considering staying there. Overall the hotel is clean, rooms are fine (note that the double bed is small), a nice location and friendly staff. Things that bothered me were the main pool has a lot of constant noise. Obviously this is a family resort, so you're going to expect it, but every day there was pool aerobics with very loud music, an entertainment show next to the pool again with loud music, a little kids dance session with loud music, bingo etc. I found it a bit relentless. During our stay it rained a few times and I would say the biggest flaw of the hotel is that there is no indoor communal area for people to sit together or kids play. Everything is outside part from a small poolside bar area. We had to sit in our room until the rain stopped. At the other resort we go to they had a big games room and a covered entertainment area that they would hold indoor activities in if the weather was bad. At Pinos they have spilt the pools, with a children's themed one out of sight at the back of the hotel. This is where they have put a slide etc, but most families want their children near and not going off on their own. So you have to choose to be away from the main building if you use that pool. Personally it would be much better to have a fun slide at the main pool for all the kids. The main pool is packed with children anyway, so putting all the fun stuff out the back seems a bit pointless. Food was good but not great. Tinned potatoes and tinned strawberries . Nice fresh pastries, the usual cooked breakfasts etc. In the morning you have to queue to get your single cup of coffee from machines instead of a pot on the table. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room . On the positive side, the evening entertainment was very good, especially the Rock band and the Soul Brothers. It's nice to have a sea view when you eat your meals. The grounds are lush and green. Overall a nice holiday, the family were happy, you won't be disappointed, but it's not enough for us to return next year.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Wir hatten sehr hohe Erwartungen, da wir bereits in anderen Iberostar-Hotels in anderen Destinationen übernachtet haben. Den Standard und den exzellenten Service von Iberostar kannten wir zwar, aber dieses Mal war es ganz anders. Das Hotel war absolut heruntergekommen; es hätte höchstens einem 2-Sterne-Hotel entsprechen können. Die Gartenanlage war ungepflegt, der Pool schimmelig und die Ecken schmutzig. In der Zimmern sieht man Spinnweben, Mücken wurden an den Wänden zerquetscht und die Bettbezüge waren schmutzig. Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, aber man merkte, dass es überfordert war, vielleicht aufgrund von Personalmangel. Dieses Hotel hat definitiv nichts mit dem Iberostar-Standard zu tun und ist seinen Preis nicht wert.

Witam. Wczoraj wróciliśmy z tego hotelu. Jedzenie doskonałe. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Baseny typowe dla małych dzieci. Plaża tuż obok. Po polsku nie porozumiemy się w ogóle. Trzeba znać angielski chociażby odrobinę. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Jeżeli ktoś chce spokoju to raczej nie polecam. Jest mnóstwo małych dzieci.

This was our second big family holiday at Pinos Park in a party of 10, we loved it so much last year we - grandparents, parents and teenagers - all really wanted to go back. And it didn't disappoint! The location of the hotel is beautiful, it feels like a jewel hidden away. There are 2 beaches within easy walking distance from the hotel, which was excellent for access for Granddad on a mobility scooter, the rest of the party swam in the sea from one beach to another for fun & exercise! The glass bottom catamaran picks up within metres from the hotel which was very convenient. The the hotel itself is extremely clean & well maintained, but what sets it apart to us all is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is efficient, hard working, accommodating and so friendly, they really want to make your holiday exceptional. We have been to previous hotels where it seems like too much trouble to get a table for 10 in the restaurant and we were told to sit on 2/3 separate tables, but not here. For every meal there was a table for us, or re-arranged for us to sit together with smiles on the staff's faces. A big shout out to KRIS on the entertainment team who was so full of fun and energy, he lit up the stage, pool area or where ever he was. On our first day it was Kris' day off and we were worried that he had left, we were sooooo happy when we saw him back at work, especially the teenagers as they find him so entertaining, although he connected well with all generations! A big shout out also to FRAN, FRAN, Mojito Man who makes the BEST Mojitos (sorry for the underwhelming tip, I ran out of money!). It was one of the teenager's birthdays whilst we were on holiday, a piece of cake, some fruit and a note were delivered to the room. PAOLA on reception and a restaurant manager were so helpful and efficient in helping us to book & arrange the Birthday package for the evening meal, it was SUCH an amazing and special experience. We had a table booked and decorated for us on the upstairs terrace of the restaurant, the view was amazing as was the chocolate cake for 10 people! It all worked so smoothly and efficiently, I was a little worried as the booking wasn't even written down or done on a device, but it was all seamless. We were also really impressed that JOSEMA remembered the names of those in our party who attended the shooting club on Day 1, and that he came to say goodbye whilst we were waiting for our coach, even though he was in the middle of / just finished hosting bingo. THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER AMAZING HOLIDAY PINOS PARK, WE ALL REALLY WISH WE WERE STILL THERE AND HOPE TO COME BACK AGAIN!
