J’ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel. Le restaurant est haut de gamme et a offert un repas mémorable. La piscine assez grande dans l’espace spa ajoute une vraie touche de détente. Le personnel est très souriant et attentionné. La chambre était de taille correcte, bien que un peu bruyante le soir en raison de la rue animée de bar en contre bas. Idéalement situé, à deux pas du château. Je recommande !

Lovely hotel; great facilities. Loved mostly the pool, the room, the terrace, the bedding quality. One negative point re wardrobe size in my room. Apparently this differs by room. So recommend for visitors to check that for their specific room choice if they’re staying a couple of nights. Other than that, everything was great and staff was very nice!

So when we arrived by car we were insulted in the streets by other cars because there is no "voiturier " service despite at the reception the Ladies were chating without clients .. strange inpression for a 4 stars hotel .. may be some Customer care training to be needed .. then quite a cold welcome at the recoetion and a complicated way to go to the room with the luggage the Bar .. Also in the room no nespresso machine no shelves in the bathroom to put our stuff .. the Bar man ,friendly is helping to get so far a good impression .. lets see tomorrow

The Hotel is well located and is modern with good rooms generally. Within the room there is not a decent desk if you need to work. There is no parking and so beware - you need to park in the nearest parking and there is a discount. Also there is a weird system with the spa where you need to reserve an hour slot - which I did on check in but when I got to the spa she had no clue...also she didn't let me use the lockers and was unhappy I wanted to use the changing room. The bar is quite nice but the barman is pretty miserable. Overall it is very nice looking hotel but run by people who are quite amateur.

Room too cramped for a 4 star and poorly soundproofed. Like a 2 star hotel, you can hear the waste water from other guests taking showers or using the toilet circulating in the room. The awakenings are therefore early… Not at all welcoming management which does not even take the trouble to say hello to its customers. Only the staff raises the level. I strongly advise against this establishment which takes too much advantage of a history and a situation which is really not up to par!
