"A wonderful 20th century villa, surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking Formia beach. We stayed here for 4 nights and we would definitely recommend. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left our experience was excellent. The staff were courteous, helpful, professional and ready to help, our daughter and partner forgot their toothbrush and on request were supplied with one immediately. We chose a room with sea view which in the early morning and evening was amazing. Room was super clean, spacious, bed really comfortable and shower exceptional. Breakfast had something for everyone sweet and savoury. To top it all the beach was 2 minutes away, umbrella and deckchairs included and of course there is the swimming pool. Again we would like to thank all the staff in housekeeping, bar and breakfast for making our stay a great one."

"The hotel retains the charm of the historic royal residence from the 1930s and is immersed in varied and well-kept Mediterranean vegetation, located between the famous Coni Olympic training center (among the champions who trained there, Mennea and Simeoni) and a spacious beach, clean (despite some uncivilized people who put out their butts in the sand and leave them there as a future reminder of their stupidity) and silent (it can be reached after a descent of 120 shaded steps). The punctuality and cleanliness of the rooms are average, while the restaurant - except for some carelessness - offers food of a considerable standard: almost all the members of the table service deserve praise (especially the young people undergoing training, who are very good) and the room manager, professional, helpful and animated by a dialogue-narrative eloquence that is greatly appreciated by customers. If circumstances allow, we will return without hesitation."

"The place is beautiful, with a sea view and clean, well-equipped rooms. The reception was helpful and very courteous. The only downside is the food, which isn't the best. The pasta was a bit bland and overcooked, and the meat wasn't the best. But considering everything else was more than excellent, I'm giving this hotel a 3-star rating. My friends and I also tried the indoor nightclub, which was very spacious, with lights and music, and even had a DJ. I highly recommend it."
