The Mermaid House is located on the northern tip of South Hutchison Island and is 7 minute walk to the beach. Your suite has a great swing where you can relax and listen to the ocean sing. During a full moon the swing is in a perfect position and elevation to watch the moon come out of the ocean!! This unique styled property has a large, private, saltwater pool with a jacuzzi. Literally, you can have one fishing line in the Indian River and 8 feet away your other fishing line is in the Atlantic Ocean. Needless to say we have great fishing and outstanding seafood.
