The furniture is new and clean. The owner changed the house we were to stay in due to a issue. the new place wasnt as modern but was clean and not terribly far from where we wanted

Highly recommend. Peaceful, no traffic, clean, organized, great communication with manager of property, beds comfortable with pillows and blankets provided if needed, will stay there again when in fort smith.

Nice House Inside
We enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean inside, but if you want to use the backyard you may be disappointed. It needed mowing, bad, lots of debris from dead tree leaning over the house, lots of poison ivy on the fence and the property. The house was nice, but the yard needs work.
