1-bedroom stylist apartment near downtown Fort Worth calling for you.

Great little apartment, parking is fantastic, elevator is a nice plus. Host was absolutely terrific and quick to respond to any inquiries. I’d suggest bringing ground coffee if that’s your preference in the morning and you do hear the metal gate closing downstairs but it doesn’t disturb your sleep and really isn’t that much more than the city sounds.

Weekend The place was clean and great location. Host was always a call away. Instructions on pool, entrance and other very clear. Had a great relaxing weekend. Lots of amenities.

Great location and great layout for a couple. Very modern appliances and easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay here and had very easy communication with Ruth. Would defintely stay here again!

Disappointed with lack of cleanliness We arrived at the property and the check in process and instructions were easy to follow. On arrival first impressions were good until we actually looked at the rooms. In particular the bathroom, the floor was covered in black hair and dust which was all around the skirtings, the toilet, the floor and the bath mat were covered and looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. I contacted the owner who was very responsive and sent the cleaner round that evening to clean the bathroom. The cleaner arrived and cleaned the bathroom and said it was because the mop head had hair on it that she had not noticed. We got up the next morning and in the daylight noticed that the whole apartment looked like it had not been cleaned. There were crumbs all over the floor in the kitchen area, the carpet in the bedroom did not look clean and there was dust/dirt under the bedside tables. The kitchen cupboards had food stuff splattered on them and the table in the living area had crumbs on it and hand/grease marks where it had not been wiped. The bedside tables had round grease marks on them where an item had been sitting and the fridge had sticky marks on the shelf where it had not been cleaned. I messaged the owner the next morning to advise him and sent him the photographs and he thanked me and told me he would advise the manager of the cleaning company. It is very noisy with constant banging doors day and night and heavy traffic from industrial estate early AM

Comfortable & Great Location Our stay was very comfortable! The host provided clear directions for checkin that made the whole process easy and stress free. They were also very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. The location was perfect and close to prime spots in the city. We got to each destination within minutes. We felt safe and at ease returning back to the rental apartment/community. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great property! The condo was beautiful and spacious! Comfy bed/couch and was prefect for our anniversary getaway weekend. Will definitely stay here again. Ruth was so kind and easy to work with and even met me a little early to give me the keys. She made sure to check in to see if we needed anything more than once and was just the sweetest!
