Service: The front desk staff provided excellent service. Cleanliness: The hotel had many Indian guests, and I noticed a strong, distinct odor in the hallways and rooms. If you are sensitive to smells, please be aware. Complimentary shuttle service within 3km of Lecong Furniture City: This was a fantastic perk! The location is very convenient.

This is a very characteristic hotel with a style of decoration I have never seen before, I love it and will stay here frequently in the future.

Of all the hotels I stayed at on this trip, Atour was definitely the most impressive. The ambiance was elegant and comfortable, and the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. From the moment I stepped in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel genuinely cared for. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully and comprehensively they prepared all the necessary amenities. Every detail was meticulously considered, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable stay.

The room was spotless, and the service was excellent. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, offering truly authentic Shunde cuisine. The two incredibly lifelike statues of the God of Wealth in the lobby added a wonderful festive touch!

This Atour in Shunde truly stands out; the service here is hands down the best I've experienced at any Atour hotel. From the welcoming staff at check-in to the room's facilities and spaciousness, everything exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping staff were incredibly polite too. One housekeeper even proactively asked if my laundry was ready and offered to bring it back to my room so I wouldn't have to wait. I was genuinely surprised and impressed – not only did she deliver it, but she had also folded everything neatly! Such thoughtful service! I was so impressed that I immediately extended my stay for two more nights and cancelled my reservations at other hotels! I highly, highly recommend this place! Trust me, you absolutely won't be disappointed. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to an excellent shopping mall and an entertainment complex. It's a fantastic spot with everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment all in one place!

A very decent stay in a new development, we love the convenience as it’s centrally located in a thriving development with lots and lots of food. It’s also close to public transport being in the walking distance to 2 MRT lines as well as a short cab ride to high speed train station There’s a laundry room to take care of the laundry if you are on a long travel plan like us

Great staff, very helpful. This staff girl ( which I tried to capture her name on phone) was very helpful and very professional. Am so sorry that I have forgotten her name , and when tried to capture her name by camera, it did not show well . This hotel is great in location, and great in dealing with customers requests and services. I do strongly recommend this hotel

This hotel surprises me. Decor is quite dated but the bed n pillow was great for a good night sleep after a long day on a biz trip. The chinese restaurant served good Cantonese cuisine too.

I stayed here while I was furniture shopping. The room was perfectly fine, and the cleanliness was impressive. The bathroom was quite spacious, and the bathtub was spotless – I didn't feel the need to clean it myself, which is always a plus! My only small complaint was that the laundry room was excessively hot.

Location is great. Shopping mall with plenty of food choices available, supermarket, cinemas. Hotel is well managed, clean. Check in and check out is fast and efficient. Hotel equipped with international plug. This hotel have all u need for a Business travel.
