沒有前台，微信客服和人工智能一樣，看不懂話。
環境一般，空調是擺設，後面我自己換了電池才能用。
房間晾曬床單被套，所謂的鍋具沒洗丟在那。
續住不打掃衞生，説是默認不打掃，洗漱用品也不補充，垃圾不處理，後面大晚上讓客人去翻箱倒櫃的找洗漱用品，自己補充。
前台不開發票，還是找攜程客服開的。
聽説要退房，倒是挺積極，還沒到時間點就去房間收拾，也沒提前告知租客。
這種服務態度，別幹服務業了。
