Americas Best Value Inn Franklin

With a good price for a midweek stay near Franklin, I reserved a room. Upon arrival I liked that the inn was an easy off and on from highway 23 / 441. The young desk receptionist was enthusiastic with great customer service skills. Much better than other Rodeway Inns I have visited, this is an excellent example of how an inn, plus its rooms can be updated. Room 29 offered a small mountain view from the window plus the lawn chair by the door; this room has a clean tub with a shower. The linens were perfect over a comfortable mattress. The plasma screen is connected to Direct TV with lots of programming options. Numerous lamps give enough light at night. The blackout drapes did their job. The inn is convenient to Bojangles where I got takeout. Since all was clean and bright in my room, I will return.

I will stay there if it was the last place to go The hotel is real filter and it's not like it was on the picture look new on the picture then but you'll see it now so junk hole needs to be free tore down prices are ridiculous the room is like you staying on the outside

The room was spacious. The bedding clean and soft, and the hot water came up instantly. Everything was a little shabby, but it was cheap, comfortable, and everything that needed to be clean was clean.
