As you continue through the house you will enter the sunroom lounge area that looks out onto the patio, swimming pool, stone walls and open fields. This garden area is equipped with relaxing lounge furniture, a barbecue and fire pit perfect for friendly gatherings. Guest bedrooms are large yet cozy with luxury linens. The second level has 7 bedrooms (3 queens, 2 doubles, and 3 twins) plus a lovely den (double hide-a-bed) and 2 complete baths. Enjoy my beautiful lakeside farmhouse built in 1875. Wake up every morning to the sunrise over the lake. Walk across the backyard to your private lake access. Located an hour and a half from Boston.
