I recently stopped and spent the night at Marriotts Courtyard in Franklin Tennessee. Not only was the Courtyard awesome but the location was equally awesome. There were many activities for family’s and adults. There was a very poplar ice cream shop, a nice green space for kids to play and a great place to grab and sandwich and beer called Tony’s place. What a great experience.

Very nice Courtyard located in a dense commercial area of Cool Springs. The hotel itself is nice and clean and in a good location for shopping or dining. Nice staff. Rooms are standard for the Courtyard chain but noticeable well kept. They have meeting space on site that we utilized for a group of about 50. There also is onsite dining, but did not partake. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel was clean and well maintained. Lobby was a great meeting place for business needs. I appreciated the layout and the quiet spaces to meet in private. Wireless internet was good as well. I’ll revisit if in the area again.

Nice hotel, good staff. Pretty standard Courtyard by Marriott setup. Bathroom sounds from upstairs come through fairly heavily, if you’re noise sensitive (I’m not) that might be an issue. Hotel Bistro has limited breakfast baked goods. Other Courtyards I’ve stayed at have had better selections.

I would rate it a 1 due to loud annoying vibration in room 423 top floor. Don’t stay on the top floor. Maybe it was from roof top AC equipment. It was off and on all night and happened when our AC was off. If you want good sleep maybe try a lower floor.

Mr. Ted was very professional and courteous to the Sunbelt and J&A employees that attended the TAAH Conference. He made a great suggestion on a restaurant and provided prompt and efficient service from and to Courtyard Marriott Coolspring in Franklin TN. Mr Ted is a great asset to Marriott/Hilton transportation services. and we think he deserves Kudos/Bravo and a company reward or incentive.

Room was fine. When I checked in Friday night I asked them to please refresh our towels and empty trash and provide coffee cups. As I left for the day Saturday morning I reminded them of my request. I got back at 10 pm and it was not done. I had to go back down to the front desk to get towels.
