Windcrest Inn and Suites

Breakfast is only served on the weekends; this is not stated anywhere that I saw during the reservation process.

Friendly folks, clean motel, a bit dated but they keep it clean, worth the low price!

The place was filthy, smelled bad, carpet stains, etc Anyone who give this hotel more than one star was paid to do so. There is a reason for a 72 hour cancellation policy - once you inspect the room, you are stuck. The truth - this is a worn out, run down, filthy hotel that needs to be renovated. The carpet had several large stains, the bathroom was filthy - patched tub, missing light cover, poor spray paint mess. The dead bolt would not lock the door at night. The headboard was falling off the wall. The room smelled bad. The swimming pool was empty and filthy - despite false pictures on the website showing a working pool. I spoke to the management about processing a cancellation - the onsite managers (Jennifer and Bob) said they were unable to do so - that I needed to speak to their boss. So, I asked to speak to their boss - she too was unable to affect a cancellation - stating it is the responsibility of the owners. I asked to speak to the owners - I was told no one was able to speak to the owners. I wish there was something that I could report that was positive about my stay at the Windcrest - but I can't. Both the property and the management have earned the poor rating. I can only hope that future travelers will avoid this horrible hotel. My wife stayed in room 225 on 3.27.2022. Disliked · Really ... nothing.
