Martiniano, aka Lala, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He tailored the tennis lessons to our level and made them fun. Archery was something new for us, but he explained it so well that we enjoyed every shot. The boat trip was the perfect way to end the day!

One of the most fun resorts i’ve been to. something was always happening and the entertainment team was always doing their best and making sure we have an unforgettable stay. barmen were super friendly, working long shifts but never complaining and making us the best drinks. Ralp and Devon were always there making sure we gave a great time. Carlos is someone that my friends and i will never forget from the entertainment team, he’s truly talented and so sweet and made our stay worth talking about. He’s my bestie forever. DJ euris was the nicest ever!! i practiced my spanish thanks to him and enjoyed disco 1000% because he was there. his music is perfect and he’s very sweet and generous. we loved spending time with him and dancing with him. Germain, even though we only got to see him like 2 days was very sweet and easy on the eyes might i add. Always dancing and smiling, it really shows how much he loves what he does and it makes us love it too. Roberto was so fun to talk to and so supportive and fun. His bingo games made pool time so much more interesting and talking to him made our stay less stressful. he turned any bad situation upside down and made it funny. Alice was incredible and charismatic. Mikel is someone i’d definitely be best friends with in real life. we loveddd him and even though it was his first week, he was doing a fantastic job. Vanessa is a sweetheart, checking up everyday and making disco so fun with her dancing and amazing vibes. Dilis was so lovely and cute. Ian was incredible too, he amazed us everyday on stage with his talent and routine. On the other hand, i definitely had higher expectations for the beach, it was dirty and on some days it was green. i was still in that water from 11-4 everyday though but wish it would get cleaned up, it would make the beach look so much nicer. Our room was close to everything and i feel like everything in the resort was perfectly placed around it. food was really good, repetitive but i still crave that omelette in the morning and the pizza at dinner. One thing that i would say ‘ruined’ my stay is an incident that occurred with another client at the hotel that layed hands on me for absolutely no reason and i was really hurt after that and required medical care because i was scared my nail (that was ripped off) would get infected. They told me it was a charge of over 60$ just for the doctor to come to the hotel and LOOK at the finger. i’d have to pay more for anything else she does. Now..other resorts i’ve been to always had a doctor/nurse at the resort in case of emergencies that were always covered by the hotel. this was very disappointing and unexpected since you would assume such a nice hotel definitely has some kind of emergency health care. i even had insurance that i bought for the bahamas. but no. i had to go to the lifeguard everyday and wrap up my finger and pray it won’t get infected. That is one of the things i didn’t like about the hotel but other than that it was honestly
