"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Our room was spotless, spacious, and bright. The kitchen facilities, including an oven, were very convenient for preparing our own meals. We also enjoyed a very quiet night's sleep. The only minor inconvenience is the walk from Fremantle train station, which is quite a distance, making it less ideal if you're arriving with luggage."

"Our room was quite big. It comes with a queen and single bed. There's a balcony but there's no view. The hotel location is very good You can walk to Fremantle Market in less than 5 mins. You can walk to Kailis Fishmarket Cafe or Cicerello's within 5 mins. It is also very convenient if you are going to Rottnest Island because you can walk to the boarding place near the E Shed Market without having to look for a parking there which is very limited. Well the negative side is parking at the hotel is not free. It is AUD30.00 for hotel guests with multiple entries from 12pm till 12pm the following day."

"Excellent location and with historical significance. Nice touch to provide complimentary minibar drinks and snacks. Unfortunately, there were inconveniences experienced. First, light bulb to entrance door was spoil. Next day, fridge was not working. Third day, wifi was not working."

"This hotel is not suitable for business travelers. It is an apartment-style self-service hotel. There is no restaurant. You need to go out to eat or buy food in the supermarket opposite. The front desk is small and there are few service staff. No one is available outside office hours. If you arrive at the hotel on a late flight and you do not hear English, you will not be able to get the cipher key for the check-in, nor will you be able to figure out which one of the multiple doors to enter. Do sanitation once every three days, usually clean up the garbage by yourself, and there is a large garbage can at the door. The room attendant is very nice and will teach you to use the oven and other facilities in the room. Suitable for a family holiday, do not mind cooking and cooking for yourself, staying longer, you can consider. The room is full of cooking utensils, laundry and drying facilities, suitable for housewives to show their skills! !!"

"Приехали к отелю и поцеловали замок, хорошо,что на двери был звонок и нам на него ответили и не надо было звонить с телефона, так как у нас не было местной симки. Но все равно с нашим английским было немного не комфортно при заселении. Но сам отель красивый и очень уютный. Номер огромный. Завтрак вкусный. Ещё неприятность - при выселении надо было доплатит 45 баксов"

I was struggling to check in #32 on the night until I found it was actually #30 on that street. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodated me a late check out. Worth the money paid."
