"The room was very clean and tidy, especially the view facing the golf course was very beautiful. Behind the golf course were rolling hills. There was a large lake on the right side of the hotel, and the scenery was pleasant."

"Parking is convenient, because it is very empty in the mountains, and there is a Schafer Lake nearby. It is beautiful to be able to play cruises early. There is a pizzeria nearby at night, only the one that is open until the latest. The bed is not big, and the room is warmly decorated, with a fairy tale feeling. The landlord’s husband and wife are very nice. The host is called Greg. It’s too sweet to come over and cook French toast for breakfast in the morning. The amount is also large. There is also a buffet of fruit, milk, cookies and red wine. By the way, when it's late, follow the instructions in the email and pick up the keys from the mailbox on the left side of the front door."

Very Good
LLynnlinJA nice, clean, well maintained Marriott property. The staff was the usual, courteous, people at these facilities. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was the usual, restful type found in most, if not all, Marriott properties. No problems and would stay there again.
GGuest UserI first visited this hotel in 2018. In 2022, this hotel is suffering a little from the aftermath of the pandemic. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, 3 chairs in the room, one office type, one straight chair and one easy chair, plus a work table. Mini-fridge in the room. Garden-facing rooms have a pleasant view. There were some minor deferred maintenance issues. No daily maid service, a Covid innovation that should be reversed, IMHO. The pre-pandemic excellent breakfast has now been reduced to a minimal ”grab 'n go” bag. The 4 employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room rate on Trip.com was reduced appropriately given the reduced service.
GGuest UserStayed here for one night in May.
First impression was clean. Appreciated having amenities like being dog-friendly and the mini fridge! The room was tidy, but I noticed a cockroach late at night and a face-stain(?) on the wallpaper. After that I sealed up my food to keep the roaches out, slept, and checked-out first thing in the morning.
I let the front-desk know about the roach. They said thank you and would let management know. I also noticed that they had a planned exterminator visit at the end of the month posted on the wall behind the desk…
GGuest UserThe location is near railroad tracks so if you're a light sleeper, which I'm not, might not work for you. The layout of my room (don't know about the others) is a little problematic. There's a door to the bathroom which doesn't have a fan which automatically closes, trapping all the humidity in there. Also in my particular room, probably partially related to the last item is that there was some black mold on some of the grout. The shower curtain wasn't installed correctly so it would gradually slide towards the center, defeating the purpose of even having a curtain. It looks like there must have been some flooding at some point because the bottom of the bathroom door had a lot of water damage.
But, the worst thing was the internet connectivity. This place had the worst I've ever experienced. I tried the wired and the wireless internet and maxed out at 4Mbps. Since I remote into work, this wasn't enough to make me even remotely productive.
On the positive side, the supplied breakfast was good.
I did let the lady at the front desk know about my experience; said she let maintenance know.
SSamantha LimlimWhen I booked the room I didn't know my cabin is without bathroom, until I got an email from the hotel giving me the access code to the bathroom. It wasn't that bad as I thought, the communal bathrooms and toilets are clean and just 10+ steps from the cabins. No window. Dirty bed covers with stainssss. Cabin wall is dusty, I have to wipe it all because my bed on the loft was right next against the wall. I can't comment on their service because the restaurant is closed for the winter, there's self- checkin, we didn't see any staff through out our stay. Overall it's still quite a pleasant stay for me. Like being in the nature.
GGuest UserIt was kinda on far side of Fresno but it surprisingly very clean the rooms were big . The beds were comfortable it was quiet it was a very pleasant stay .only complaint is I paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast being served u got a bag with a water a granola bar and a muffin wish these places would start serving breakfast again but overall a nice stay it was kinda in a not to great area but have stayed in way worse areas in Fresno
GGuest UserThe room space is good, parking is free, breakfast is a little less neat and orderly, there are few choices, and some of the missing categories are not fully replenished. The accommodation is OK.
PPENGI heard from customers that the surrounding area is not very safe, so I took everything in the car to the room. Actually, it was OK, nothing happened. The room is quite big.
