We stayed here as a stop on a roadtrip before heading to Yosemite. It was our last night of comfort before camping for 5 days. It was by far the worst Wyndham hotel I've ever stayed at and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was given a facelift with new paint and flooring but everything else had clearly seen better days. The bed was a metal frame with a single mattress and was hard as a rock. There were no tissues, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no breakfast. Nothing. The property was a total dump and looks like where the local ********** come to stay after they panhandle enough money to get a hotel. There is no world in which I would ever recommend anyone stay here.

False advertisement and how it's vampirishly used to capitalize on unsuspecting guests. They know that the money we spend online booking a room at this way overpriced for what it's and it's location is nonrefundable, so they force an additional hidden deposit fee on you at the door if you don't pay it they get to sell the room to someone else that night provided they pay the hidden deposit fee.

This place is terrible. The rooms are dirty, with broken amenities, beds that are like cot beds (mattresses on the metal frame), that squeak whenever you move. The hotel itself is used for shady things. I witnessed one room that was used for ************ purposes. It is very unsafe and scary, to say the least. I ordered pizza for my kids, and the delivery man didn't want to come close so we had to go a block to pick it up! Don't go here!

Do not stay at this hotel! I would have given it ) stars if that was an option! It is in a sketchy area and it is a terrible place to stay! I am 22 years old and didn't feel safe. After a 12-hour day of driving I was exhausted so went in and fell into bed. I should have wondered when a little girl walked past my room as I was going in and advised me "Be sure you keep your door closed." I didn't inspect the room and in the morning was shocked to discover blood splatter on the walls and ceiling, and generally dirty wood works and light switches. I didn't take as many pictures as I could have, but I snapped a few pictures and got out of there! I booked this hotel through Hopper. It should be removed immediately from their list! When I contacted Hopper to complain, their policy is for the customer to contact the hotel, so I called them. When I contacted the hotel directly the man at the front desk told me I was calling the wrong hotel. I explained that this was the correct hotel, he checked the registry and agreed we had stayed there. I explained we were asking for compensation of some sort because of the condition of the room. He blew up at me. He raised his voice and accused me of being a scammer. I explained I didn't see the blood until the morning light filled the room and at that point wanted to run out of the hotel, so I immediately left and called when I got on the road. I let him know I would be writing a detailed review on social media and that I wasn't speaking to him any further. He was still yelling at me when I hung up the phone. Please save yourself the headache and don't stay at this hotel. There are a lot of other safer, cleaner options at hotels that employ staff who are so much more professional at customer service!

La habitación tenía mucho olor a cigarrillo, tanto el hambiente como las sabanas y toallas. Los muebles estaban rotos. La alarma de incendio y el teléfono estaban rotos guardados en un cajón. No lo recomiendo por nada. Me decepciono que siendo de la cadena whynham tenga esas condiciones la habitación.

the room was dirty . the bathroom was so bad left the place after less than a day to go to a different hotel .. place seems very unsafe , staff are not welcome .. the light switches were all broken make you feel unsafe the curtains were torn

Floor was sticky, bed was like sleeping on springs, thin blanket, small, square pillows. No water when we woke up in the morning. Car running outside our room, fi ally chased off by security. Barbed wire around the fence. Not a welcoming environment.

This visit was unlike anything I have ever encountered. The fire alarm spot in the ceiling was not operational and had dangling wires out of the ceiling. The fire alarm that I found in a drawer didn't have a battery in it was not operational. The tub didn't drain properly. See previously comments!

The majority of the rooms are under construction. The one I stayed in was nasty. Dirty, stained, worn out, ants, and nothing in the bathroom like soap or shampoo. There was one towel and that was it. Bed was also miserable and felt like I was sleeping directly on the springs. So uncomfortable!!

I was very disappointed with my room and it makes me so upset that I wasted my money like that. I feel we should be able to take our money back when we aren’t satisfied, just the way they can keep the deposit if they feel that you broke any of the rules. Very unfair

Check your Mattresses people. Its what happens when you use Priceline and couldnt find a good deal on a Airbnb on short notice. Its unfortunate that I couldn't afford a extra $20 for a better place. This place should be shut down. Then nothing could be done to resolve the issue via customer service

The property appeared to have permanent residents staying in the rooms. The security gate to enter the premises is good. It's okay for one night, I don't think I would stay longer due to the patrons and the location. The staff was friendly and professional. The remote did not work as far as changing the channel.
