Hall Park Hotel, Autograph Collection

I want to thank the hotel for upgrading us to the Presidential Suite. The suite is like a large two bedroom two bath apartment with an oversized balcony stretching from the outside of the main bedroom to the living room. We are Titanium members, booked the base room with points for one night and were blown away at their warm welcome and generosity. Everyone was competent and friendly and the hotel is quite new so everything worked well. They also have Klur bathroom products, which was a nice touch! Breakfast food was well made.

Staying here for 3 nights while moving. Location of the hotel is great, very close to most of the attractions or POIs within Frisco, but also close to the Dallas North Tollway and with that just a 30min drive from Dallas. We were lucky to get upgraded to a suite, which was incredibly spacious and came with a full kitchen, living room area, small dining table, as wall as a workspace. Given we were moving and hence traveling with more luggage and had to work from the hotel room this upgrade was extremely welcomed. The interior design of the room is modern and beautiful. Also loved the very large bathroom with two sinks, makeup table, tub and separate shower. Everything in the hotel still looks very new and the design is very modern and tasteful. Everyone from the hotel we interacted with was very nice and professional. Definitely will stay here again when looking for a hotel in Frisco. Maybe for the 2026 World Cup 🥳
