I was very sad to read the last couple of reviews about the Jabega, so felt I should write a review of my our experiences there. We were there in May for the second time for 3 weeks ,and have another stay booked for September/October. Our experience of the staff on reception was they were all very friendly helpful and very professional. As for the cleaning staff we found then much the same. The room was cleaned and tidied daily, with towels and sheets changed as required. There were days when 'stuff' loose change etc was left laying about ,which was noticed as it was tidied, and was still there on our return. We obviously can't comment on the circumstances of this case, but thought you should know this is not the norm , and we are counting the days when we can get back there next month 😉 😀

We forgot a bag in our room when we checked out, went back 4 hours later. There was no bag according to the staff and according to the cleaning manager there was no bag in the room. We know exactly where we forgot it in the room but they refused to help us and our taxi came to the airport.

A good hotel on the front opposite the beach, the rooms were clean and plenty of room. No pool but we knew that. Prices for food and drinks were very fair. A small snack, but enough, was supplied as we checked out before breakfast was started. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Great location, just across from the beach. Polite staff at the reception desk. As for the restaurant, we only drank coffee that was pretty good. Room was big enough for three people with thick but comfortable mattress. Pillows could have been fuller. It was smaller than advertised, but that wasn't an issue. Bathroom was pretty clean. We booked garden view room, but received partially sea view, which was a great plus for us.

Currently staying here as a family, have to say amazing staff Freddie and Fran at the front desk very helpful, hotel offers mobility scooters and wheelchairs although the wheelchair accessible lift is not working at the moment, great food very reasonably prices and ideal location. Would definetly recommend this hotel

When we booked this hotel what we didnt realise was that it didnt have a pool ! we were very disapointed about that however upon checking in our room was not ready and the male receptionist was a frosty to say the least we had a 3 hour wait until it was ready which was most annoying so we headed to the bar and had our lunch when we did eventually get checked in we had a front facing room with a view to the sea and a balcony to sit out on. Upon entering the room the two single beds were positioned in an l shape made to look like a sofa i did not like this and moved the beds together upon further inspection the mattresses were about 2 inches thick the sunbeds on the beach had thicker mats ! and the pillow we both had were very flat and not comfortable the beds were not comfortable at all the rooms seriously need upgrading the towels in the bathroom were not very big no bigger than a hand towel se we used our beach towels instead maid service was ok depending who was on that day they have a sunday off the rest of the hotel was nice the bar and restaurant were good the food was good and the service was good the bar and waiting staff all very attentive and nice to deal with we spent 3 days at the beach 7 euros each for a sunbed each day! Feungirola was nice but would i go there again probably not would i saty in that hotel again no
