The location was nearby the station and they had a shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you off the station. I was happy that they had vegetarian meal for my boyfriend, that was great! He loved the breakfast and experience there

Was assigned a lake facing room which was wonderful! There’s a small roof terrace with Mt Fuji view. Hotel also provide station pick up and dropoff. The room itself was quite small and toilet cramp, and furniture/ bedsheets are showing signs of ageing. Breakfast was a set rather than buffet style.

Our room is facing the lake with beautiful view. The onsen and breakfast was great. An unforgettable and wonderful experience.

Kaiseki dinner seems a little bit overpriced, but it's an interesting experience and is worth to give it a try at least once. Everything else was great.

Don’t go. I had a last minute medical emergency the day before I left for Mount Fuji,advised to fly home immediately upon doctors advise at emergency clinic. Given doctors memo. Submitted via trip app with evidence, refused to cancel my booking. What a bad experience on my first trip to Japan 👎👎👎👎

Great hotel at Lake Kawaguchi for Mt Fuji. Cheaper than peers in similar condition. We booked no view room but it was fine, didnt stay in the room except meals and rests

Lawson is nearby,very good the dinner and breakfast had many dishes and you can try many things but the taste is soso staff are good

The location is good. 10 mins walk from station. The view is great. Would like to visit again

Everything else is good except that the room is rather old. Stains can be found on arm chair. And there’s no Netflix

The hotel service is nice, staffs are nice and polite. The traditional Japanese style meal served by a young lady with tradition clothing, it wasn’t tasty but was a nice experience.

It is a great Japanese style hot spring hotel, it remains its traditional interior decoration, but it is still intact and kept hygienic, and shiny bright, the private hot spring hotel in the room is fantastic with the view of lake, also it was not far away from kawaguchiko station
