The hotel is very clean, the staff provides excellent service, and there is also a free shuttle to the train station. I would recommended.

房間超寬敞又乾淨，重點係打開窗就見到靚爆嘅富士山！🏔️❤️ ♨️酒店有溫泉，可以邊浸邊望住富士山，好Chill～（溫泉要另外比錢，但超平🉐） 🚶♀️但要注意：去酒店嘅巴士好少。我哋嗰晚就錯過咗巴士，由河口湖駅行咗成35分鐘先到酒店⋯😩 🌌夜晚出街食飯都要小心，附近冇乜街燈，好黑～行路記得開手機燈！ 🚐小貼士：第二朝出門，其實可以預約酒店免費專車送返河口湖駅～不過只係7人座，要提早同酒店預約呀，唔好miss咗～📅✅ 總結：風景100分 🌟 放鬆指數💯 交通有啲挑戰，但為咗富士山，值得！📸✨ The room was super spacious and clean, and the best part? We had a stunning view of Mt. Fuji right from our window! 🗻❤️ ♨️ They have an hot spring too! We can enjoy the Mt. Fuji view at the same time. There’s a small additional fee when you check in, but it’s totally worth it and super affordable! 🙌 🚍 Heads-up: The public transport to the hotel are limited and not frequent. We actually missed it and ended up walking 35 minutes from Kawaguchiko Station. 😅 🌃 Also, if you go out at night for dinner, be careful – there are very few street lights, and it’s pretty dark. Bring a flashlight or use your phone light! 🚐 Tip: In the morning, you can book a free hotel shuttle back to Kawaguchiko Station! It’s a 7-seater car, so be sure to reserve in advance with the front desk. 📝✅ 📸 Overall: ✨ View – 10/10 🚗 Transport – a bit of a challenge, but for Mt. Fuji? Totally worth it!

酒店服務很好，又提供有限的接送服務，就是位置遠了那麼一點！！走幾分鐘就有一間便利店！ 酒店溫泉有分男女，空間也挺大的！設施很乾淨！維護的不錯！ 就是這個特色蛋型房間有點老舊，體驗一次就好！不推介住多晚！因為它在酒店外面，酒店晚上比較冷而且也肯定會有昆蟲在你開關門的時候跑進去！所以留意清楚別訂錯！總體來說還是不錯的。

Clean bathroom, beautiful view, comfortable, good service

Hotel can see Fuji directly!!!! But it located far away from the station which need walk around 20 minutes. 7-11 is nearby which is convenient. Hotel provided free transportation to station when u check out.
