Plan the trip well for Fuji Q then the stay will be worth.. don’t like the service about cannot change to higher floor.. 4th floor is renovating understand that above 10 floor need to pay but why not 7-8-9 floor?

One of the best scenery of the trip is from my window at 9th floor of the hotel. Waking up with Mt.Fuji view is the best part of our trip

It was one of the best hotel that we have stayed in Japan for this trip. Room was spacious and comfortable. So glad that we managed to see Mount Fuji on our 2nd morning. The view was amazing. Service was excellent. The staff were professional and attentive. We will stay here again if we come back.

Quite a posh hotel. The amenities are great. Room size great. Buffet breakfast is a bonus too.There's an on site convenience shop. Outside, at the carpark side; there's another & even a 7E. The attached Onsen also has a souvenir shop. Booked a room with Mt. Fuji view but alas, snowed days before we arrived & was drizzling too. Its early spring so my advice to travellers is to let d weather sort itself first😁

Best Fuji View from the room. The room was just nice to fit 2 people with 2 luggage. Hotel breakfast at level 4 also provided the best Fuji View. There are multiple selections at their Japanese buffet breakfast too. The hotel does provide complimentary access to the Onsen next to the hotel. If you drive to the Hotel, can get a complimentary parking ticket from Front Desk. Overall I have enjoyed my stay.

Theme park and hotel with onsen. Remember to take advantage of their 8:30 AM theme park opening for hotel guests only. The queue can be quite insane otherwise; you can buy priority queue access for selected rides.

The hotel offered everything for a perfect stay. With complimentary drinks, cookies, and a relaxing onsen, it had all the essentials in one place. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Everything was great—no complaints at all! I would definitely return to this resort.

Hotel rooms have a great view of Mount Fuji, Theme Park facilities, and free bus to go around. Great buffet spread for dinner and breakfast with Mount Fuji views.

Amazing service, spotless room with adequate space, and a hot spring on top of that. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit Mt Fuji. The view of the morning buffet was beautiful.
