"There's no air conditioning... The front desk said it wasn't needed, which was unbelievable. You have to drive from your hotel room to the breakfast restaurant. The drive from the hotel to the Tianchi Scenic Area takes nearly 30 minutes, and you need proof of purchase at the front desk to purchase tickets. The round trip took nearly three hours."

"It's across the road from the highway exit, very convenient! It's very close to Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Area, and it only takes 20 minutes to drive there. The breakfast is very average, just eat something. The room is large, and the facilities are a bit old. The carpet is obviously dirty, and the curtain in the bathroom is moldy, but these do not affect the overall stay experience at all! "We took our child to the Tianchi Scenic Area in Tianshan Mountains and specifically chose this franchise hotel. The hotel was great. We booked a discounted room without a window, but the owner upgraded us to one with a window for free. They were very welcoming. It's located opposite the old bus station, but it wasn't noisy, chaotic, or dirty like a typical bus station. The surrounding area is full of commercial streets with Xinjiang specialty foods and snacks everywhere. The hotel was clean, and the towels were individually wrapped. This is one of the few amenities we've had in a hotel, which was really great. There's a small courtyard for parking, which is free, and there are free charging stations for charging your car."

"The chairs were dirty, the pillows were burned by cigarette butts but they were not replaced. After I informed them, they replaced them. The hot water was broken. I asked to change the room but they said they were full and could not change. I contacted Ctrip to change the room, but they said we were busy. I asked the front desk to help open the door for 26 minutes and made three calls to the front desk. My legs were numb from standing at the door. The person who came to open the door said I was impatient."
