The room card was swiped incorrectly. The single room I booked was sold out without my prior notice. I was asked to stay in a small room without any further notice. If I had been informed in advance, I could have changed the room type. I had to run up and down the stairs in the middle of the night to solve the room problem.

I checked in around 17:30 on 2022.9.21. The quality of front desk service needs to be improved, probably because it was during dinner time. The check-in attitude was not very good. I told the hotel that the special room without window needs 148, and I said 112 here. How to pay and other questions, the attitude was poor. Repeat the sentence "no breakfast, etc." When checking out, the experience was very good, they greeted me and paid attention to the details.

在莊裡算是不錯的酒店。特別要表揚的是入住後過了一段時間出現設備噪音，酒店前台積極響應，雖然床品已經動過還是更換了房間，前台明確表示保障客人休息更重要，送房卡的工程人員也非常有服務意識，表示抱歉打擾您休息了，幫忙換完房間才去查看噪音源。周全的處理方式和服務意識在這個級別的酒店很難得，祝生意興隆。
