交通方便，環境好！

Ottima posizione. Hotel bellissimo nella hall, ma le camere vecchiotte e senza aria condizionata né mini bar.

我們預訂了兩間房，有一間可以，另外一間不好，本來要求換房，前台説沒房了，我把浴缸反水的視頻和床上有蟲子的照片拿給前台看，前台才給換了房間，換完之後房間還可以，説明是有房間的，之前前台是不願意給換。有點欺負人了。

房間很大，設施較舊，床單被套不是全棉的，有點味道，衞生狀況可，早餐比較差，選不出什麼好吃的，就在城區裏，逛街方便。

去新天鵝寶最好在這兒住一晚，時間充沛。 房間很大酒店，位置也非常好。

房間不錯，服務也很好

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and was thoroughly disappointed with our experience. To start, the room lacked basic amenities such as a water kettle, air conditioner, and refrigerator, which made our stay uncomfortable, especially given the warm weather. The situation was further exacerbated during breakfast when a waitress rudely pointed at my wife and yelled at her because our 4-year-old daughter accidentally dropped an egg on the floor. We were still at the table, and our intention was to clean it up after we finished eating. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the staff was shocking and completely ruined our meal. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The absence of essential amenities and the poor treatment from the staff left a lasting negative impression on our family vacation. Save your money and look elsewhere.

房間靠馬路邊，夜裡兩三點樓下還有醉漢在聊天。房間熱，沒有空調，地毯老化，設施陳舊，但衞生間寬敞。停車酒店有停車場，停車位不多，收費，收一天錢可以多次進出。早飯種類不多，床頭沒有充電口，插座在書桌下面，不方便。中國旅行團多，嘈雜。酒店對面有超市和很多餐廳。

We got assigned a suite on the 5th floor that was really spacious. There was even a sauna room, which we didn’t take advantage of. The elevator from the 4th floor to the 5th was old and needed attention. Breakfast was decent. The staff was nice and luggage storage was free of charge. The location is wonderful! Right by the Bahnhof! The room came with a Füssen city pass for each guess, meaning you can take the local transportation for free for two days. We used the passes for visiting the Neuschwanstein castle (Bus #78), as well as leaving Füssen (as far as Kaufbeuren is free).

這家店的早餐服務員是徹頭徹尾的種族主義者，絕對歧視中國人。我在這裏感受到了非常糟糕的歧視體驗。服務員不讓我使用早餐的咖啡機，但是其他歐洲人想要使用時，服務員還會幫助他們。 我在德國生活了很長時間，這是第一次遇見這種體驗，非常糟糕透頂的體驗。 強烈不推薦任何人來這個酒店入住。請避雷！

Great hotel. Great location. Great friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

推薦推薦，意外之喜。小鎮很美，有一家意大利餐廳非常好吃。酒店停車方便，雖然車位很窄。房間超大，早餐很豐盛。從天鵝堡下來本來想開去巴登巴登，3個多小時太累了，所以臨時定了這裏，真的，非常慶幸住了一晚，我們逛了小鎮，美呆了。

家庭房很大，交通方便，距火車站公交站兩分鐘，去天鵝堡來回方便，旁邊步行街，樓下有家超市

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – der Service hat überzeugt. Auch die Zimmer waren überraschend groß und boten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen Speisen – hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Leider gab es jedoch einen gravierenden Mangel: Im Badezimmer war deutlich schwarzer Schimmel zu sehen, was das Wohlbefinden und den Gesamteindruck stark beeinträchtigt hat. Hygiene sollte in einem Hotel oberste Priorität haben, und hier besteht eindeutig Handlungsbedarf. Fazit: Guter Service und tolle Ausstattung, aber der Schimmel im Bad ist ein ernstzunehmender Minuspunkt. Hoffentlich wird das schnell behoben – dann wäre es eine klare Empfehlung.
