這是第一次給差評，服務和條件根本與價格不配匹，房間非常非常不值550的價格，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，隔音也差，能聽到隔壁呼嚕聲。裝修一般般，房間有黴味兒，早餐根本沒東西吃，牛奶還兑水了。雞蛋蛋黃能煮成黑的，可惜雞蛋忘記拍照了。餐具都有油，洗得不乾淨，都不知道好評從哪裡來的。還有千萬別聽前台給你推薦的老字號飯店吃飯，菜價可貴了。

我是出遊來到撫順玩，酒店首先説價格，550元的價格和設施不匹配，大酒店的價位，小賓館的設施。第二，床品有污漬的。第三，家庭房三個人住，洗澡衹夠洗2人，而且是衹洗了15分鐘左右，第三人洗澡要等半小時左右燒水，出門玩本就疲倦，九十點鐘了還要等熱水洗澡。第四，早餐真的是沒辦法評論了，再強調一下是550元的價格，品種少得可憐，杯子有油污，沒洗乾淨。看圖片吧。另外不能聽店家推薦飯店，難吃的不行。坑太多！

來到祖國最東端的撫遠市，選了這家評分尚可的壹山峻商務酒店，總體感覺還可以 首先位置上離東極閣登山口非常近 方便去看日出日落 離市中心吃飯一條街步行也就10-15分鐘，停車方便 房間衞生不錯 裝修也説得過去。需要提高的地方也有幾點 第一是早餐時間比較短 説是7-9點供應 第一天我們8點半到豆漿已經沒有了 拌菜類也就剩一點不再添加了 所以想吃早飯必須要早點起 第二點房間洗手間不是乾濕分離 介意這點的需謹慎 第三點就是洗衣間沒有烘乾機 衹住一晚的話基本就沒有辦法晾乾衣服了 希望能改進！

預訂的時候備註了不想要角落房，給到我們的還是角落房，酒店不看備註。房間乾淨程度90分，衞浴打掃的可以，沒有水漬，但是水管不太行，水有輕微鐵銹味道，其中一個枕頭上有眼睫毛。酒店離東極閣非常近，去看日出方便。早餐品種太少了，衹有些基礎吃食酒店自己做的，對於我這種挑食的來説，除了西瓜沒什麼可吃的。去酒店旁邊的飯店吃魚和去江邊都挺近的

設施看着還不錯，根據連鎖酒店的樣子裝修的，看細節就有點差了，主要衞生間不是乾濕分離的，電動馬桶上面警示，不能有水，一洗澡全濕了，很大安全隱患。早餐忘記拍照了，在地下一層，基本上可以吃飽，其他的就不用考慮了。一出電梯有個台階，感覺有點不太好。價位不算底了。希望有所參考。

優點：1、房間夠大，佈局好！2、床夠大，比較舒服！缺點：1、衞生間和洗澡間之間連個簾子都沒有，每次洗完澡都要擦地面和坐便，很不方便！2、住了三晚，每天都要激活房卡，為什麼辦理入住的時候不告知呢，每次都是上樓開不開門，再下去前台激活！3、冰箱連插座都沒有，完全是擺設。4、早餐更不用提，碗筷根本不消毒，濕漉漉的帶着水就放碗櫃裏！5、餐廳出電梯需要高抬腿才能進入餐廳，很危險！真的希望改進！
